الملخص:
يهدف البحث الى بيان حکم لقطة الصراف الآلي وماهية الصراف الآلي فهو جهاز الکتروني يستخدم من قبل العملاء في المؤسسات المالية دون الرجوع الى مواقع تلک المؤسسات، وله خدمات ومميزات منها :امکانية الحصول على المبلغ في أي وقت کما انه يوفر الخصوصية ،وامکانية الايداع النقدي ،وجاء في البحث ان التقاط المال الذي عند الصراف يحرم  ان علم انه سيرجع ويدخل للجهاز وان علم انه لن يدخل للجهاز فيستحب التقاطه أن خاف عليه من الضياع لکن لابد من تسليمه للبنک الذي يملک الجهاز لأنه يمکن التعرف على صاحبه ولايتملکها بعد مضي سنه ولا يتصدق بها ويتم تسليمه للبنک على الفور والبنک نائب في تعريف اللقطة ويلزمه قبولها لتسليمها لصاحبها ،کما ان لقطة صرافات الحرم آکد في تحريم التقاطها إلا لمن أراد ان يسلمها للبنک او الجهات المسؤولة عند الحرم ، ولا يجوز أخذلقطة الصراف الآلي الموجودة في بلاد غير المسلمين على أنها مال غير مسلم مباح ويجب إرجاعها للبنک الذي يمتلک الجهاز .
