ملخص البحث :
          جاء هذا البحث بعنوان: "المثاني بين سورتي الرحمن والواقعة"، لرصد التشابه والتکرار البلاغي بين السورتين، فابتدأ بتعريف مصطلح "المثاني" لغة، معناه عند المفسرين، ثمّ عرّف مصطلح "المتشابه اللفظي" تفريقاً بينه وبين المتشابه المقابل للمحکم، ثم عقد علاقة بين المثاني والمتشابهات اللفظية، ثم الحکمة من وجود المثاني والمتشابهات اللفظية في القرآن الکريم، کل ذلک کان في المبحث الأول، أما المبحث الثاني فقد کان مخصصاً للمثاني المعنوية بين السورتين، إذ تناول في مبحثه الأول سبب قلة اهتمام المفسرين بالمثاني مقارنة مع اهتمامهم بالمتشابه اللفظي، ثم عقد مطلباً لبيان الموضوعات العامة في السورتين والمقارنة بينها، تلاه التفصيلات الجزئية للمعاني بينهما، ثم جاء المبحث الثالث لتناول بعض المثاني اللفظية بين السورتين وکان في مطلبين؛ أولهما: الجذور اللغوية المشترکة بين السورتين، وثانيهما: الجمع والتثنية بين السورتين بوصفهما ظاهرتين بارزتين في السورتين. وقد أبرز البحث أهمية مراعاة المثاني في تفسير القرآن الکريم، وبيان إعجازه، بما لا يقل أهمية عن مراعاة المتشابهات اللفظية. وناقش تعريف المثاني عند المفسرين والاختلاف فيه بينهم. وأخيراً؛ فالسورتان تشکلان نموذجاً من نماذج المثاني من جهة موضوعاتهما ومن جهة أسلوب کل منهما ولغته.

Abstract:
This research is entitled: “The synonyms in Surat Al-Rahman and Al-Waqi’ah” to monitor the similarity and rhetorical synonyms between the two Surahs.
In the first section; the research differentiates between the Homophones and the Homonyms and establishes a relationship between the synonymous terms and the Homophones, mentioning the reason for their existence in the Holy Qur'an.
The second section highlighted the referential synonym in the two surahs, as in the first section the research shows the reason for the lack of interest of the commentators in the synonyms compared to their interest in the Homophones, then raise the need to clarify the general topics in the two surahs and compare them, followed by the partial details of the shared meanings between them.
The third section addresses some of the homophones between the two surahs, and it was divided into two topics; the common linguistic roots between the two surahs, and the plural and duality as two prominent phenomena in the two surahs.
The research emphasizes the importance of observing the synonyms in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and its miraculousness, which is no less important than taking into account the homophones, discussing the definition of the synonyms according to the commentators and the difference between them.
Finally; the two surahs are a model of the synonyms in terms of their themes, style, and language.
