طهارة الأبدان بين السُنة والقرآن

الملخص :
          تهدف الدراسة التعرف على طهارة الأبدان بين السُنة والقرآن، ومدى الاختلاف بين أراء السادة العلماء أصحاب المذاهب الأربعة، والمذهب الأباضي، والقرآن الکريم، وحاولت الدراسة سرد للتعرف على الطهارة لغة واصطلاحًا، وحکم طهارة أبدان المشرکين عند الفقهاء، والتعرف على مسألة الاستنجاء، وحکمه، والکلام عن الغائط، ومسألة المياه، وحکم طهارتها، والماء المُختلط بغيره، وحُکم الماء المُستعمل، والماء المغصوب، والوضوء، وحکمه، ووضوء العبادة، وما يشتمله من النية عند الوضوء، وفتح العينين في الوضوء، واللحية في الوضوء، وهيئات الوضوء، ودلک الأعضاء، وغسل الذراعين، ومسح الرأس، ومسح الأذنين، ومسح الرقبة، ومسح الرقبة، والترتيب والموالاة في الوضوء، ونواقض الوضوء، والنظر للمرأة الأجنبية، ولمس المرأة الأجنبية، وحکم مس الأعضاء، ومسألة التيمم، والمُتيمم به، ووقت التيمم، والتيمم في سفر المعصية، والغُسل، وموجبات الغُسل، وبعض المسائل التي تتعلق بالغسل، وغسل الفاسق، وحکم مس المنسوخ من القرآن، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى العديد من بعض جوانب الاتفاق والاختلاف بين الائمة، سردها الباحث بالتفصيل فيما يلي في السطور التالية حسبما جاء في آراء العلماء في المذهب الحنفي، والمالکي، والشافعي، والحنبلي، والإباضي.

Abstract:
          The study aimed to identify the purity of the bodies between the Sunnah and the Qur’an, and the extent of the difference between the opinions of the scholars of the four sects, the Ibadi sect, and the Holy Qur’an. When defecating, the question of water, the ruling on its purification, water mixed with other things, the ruling on used water, usurped water, ablution and its ruling, ablution of worship, and what it includes of the intention when ablution, opening the eyes in ablution, beard in ablution, ablution bodies, massaging the organs, and washing wiping the arms, wiping the head, wiping the ears, wiping the neck, wiping the neck, arranging and following in ablution, nullifiers of ablution, looking at a non-mahram woman, touching a non-mahram woman, the ruling on touching the members, the issue of tayammum, tayammum with it, the time of tayammum, tayammum in travel of sin, and washing, The requirements for washing, and some issues related to washing, washing the immoral person, and the ruling on touching the abrogated from the Qur’an, and the results of the study reached many aspects of agreement and disagreement among the imams, which the researcher listed in detail in the following in the following lines, as stated in Scholars’ opinions of the Hanafi, Shafi’i, Hanbali, Maliki, and Ibadi schools of thought.
