الملخص :
يقوم هذا البحث  بجمع وإحصاء ثم تحليل لأقوال العلماء في حكاية الإجماع أو الاتفاق أو نفي الخلاف الواردة في "موسوعة الإجماع" ، والتي جمعتها خمس عشرة أطروحة علمية لنيل درجة الدكتوراه قدمها أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك سعود كلية التربية قسم الدراسات الإسلامية في المملكة العربية السعودية بالرياض ، وتم الإحصاء وفقا لهذه الموسوعة وكان الإحصاء شاملا لجميع العلماء الذين نقل عنهم الإجماع أو الاتفاق أو نفي الخلاف وإيضاح ذلك في بنود أربعة : عدد ما حكاه العالم منها : ما تحقق فيه الإجماع ، ومالم يتحقق فيه الإجماع أعني النسبة المئوية . وأما الجانب التحليلي فقد شمل : المكثرين من الإجماع وإجماعات فقهاء المذاهب والمحدثين والأصوليين .

Balancing the sources of consensus, an analytical statistical study

Abstract:
This research collects, counts and then analyzes the sayings of scholars regarding the story of consensus, agreement or denial of disagreement contained in the "Encyclopedia of Consensus", which was collected by fifteen scientific dissertations to obtain a doctorate degree presented by faculty members at King Saud University, Faculty of Education, Department of Islamic Studies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The analysis was carried out according to this encyclopedia, and it included all the scholars from whom consensus, agreement, or denial of disagreement was brought down, and this was clarified in four items: the amount that the scholar narrated from them: what was achieved by consensus, and what was not achieved by consensus, meaning the percentage. As for the analytical side, it included: those who increasingly practice consensus and the consensus of the jurists of the sects, the modernists and the fundamentalists.
