اعتنى الأصوليون بالاستدلال بالقرآن الكريم في كثير من المسائل الأصولية، واستنبطوا من بعض الآيات عدداً كبيراً من الدلائل الأصولية، وكان من جملة تلك الآيات قول الله تعالى: (ولا تقف ما ليس لك به علم...)الآية، فعنايتهم في الاستدلال بهذه الآية ظاهرة؛ فقد استوقفني تعدد المواضع وكثرة المسائل التي استدلوا فيها بالآية، فنجد استدلالهم بها في بعض مسائل المقدمات والتكليف، وفي بعض المسائل المتعلقة بالأدلة الشرعية، وكذلك في مسائل متعلقة بالاجتهاد والفتوى والتقليد، وقد بلغت تلك المسائل اثنتان وثلاثون مسألة، ولذا رأيت أن أجمع تلك الاستدلالات، وأدرسها؛ ذاكراً من استدل بهذه الآية من الأصوليين، ومبيناً أوجه استدلالهم بها، والموقف منه؛ ببيان ما أورد عليه من مناقشات واعتراضات، مع بيان صحة الاستدلال بالآية ووجاهته في كل مسألة من عدمه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدلائل، الأصولية، الاستدلال بالقرآن، أصول الفقه، استدلال الأصوليين بقوله تعالى.

Fundamentalists took care of inference from the Holy Qur’an in many fundamentalist issues, and extracted from some of the verses a large number of fundamentalist evidence, and among those verses was the saying of God Almighty: (ولا تقف ما ليس لك به علم...) the verse,
Their care in reasoning with this verse is apparent; I was struck by the multiplicity of places and the large number of issues in which they inferred the verse, so we find their inference from it in some issues of introductions and assignment, and in some issues related to legal evidence, as well as in issues related to ijtihad, fatwa and imitation, and these issues amounted to thirty-two issues, and therefore I decided to collect these inferences, and study it; Mentioning those who inferred this verse among the fundamentalists, and indicating the aspects of their inference with it, and the position on it; With a statement of the discussions and objections it contained, with an indication of the validity of the inference of the verse and its relevance in each
