ملخص البحث:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم الأسرة وأهميتها، وأسباب تراجع دور الأسرة، وقد تناولت في هذا البحث مفهوم الأسرة لغة، واصطلاحا،مفهوم التفكك لغة، واصطلاحا، أهمية الأسرة بمعناها الواسع ضعف الوعي الديني بأهمية الأسرة بمفهومها الواسع والاقتصار على مفهوم الأسرة الصغيرة (الزوج ، والزوجة، الأولاد)، آثار التفكك الأسري، المنهج المتبع في البحث: اتبعت المنهج الاستقراء الناقص، ثمّ المنهج الوصفي، المنهج التحليلي، أهم نتائج البحث: إن وجود الخلافات الزوجية في الأسرة له الأثر الواضح في عدم تحقق مقصد حفظ الدين في أفراد، إن أحكام الأسرة مرتبطة ارتباطًا وثيقًا بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية.
التوصيات:
أهمية تقنين أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في المعاملات المالية؛ لما لهذا من الأثر في "نهضة الأمة وتقدمها" و"استتباب الأمن وشيوع الأمان"، ومن ذلك تقنين أحكام الاكتتاب والاسترداد.

Abstract:
This research aims to clarify the concept of the family and its importance, and the reasons for the decline of the role of the family. In this research, I have dealt with the concept of the family linguistically and idiomatically, the concept of disintegration linguistically and idiomatically, the importance of the family in its broad sense, the weak religious awareness of the importance of the family in its concept
Wide and confined to the concept of the small family (husband, wife, children), the effects of family disintegration, the method used in the research: I followed the incomplete induction approach, then the descriptive approach, the analytical approach, the most important results of the research: The existence of marital disputes in the family has a clear effect on not Achieving the purpose of preserving religion in individuals, the provisions of the family are closely linked to the purposes of Islamic law.
Recommendations:
The importance of codifying the provisions of Islamic law in financial transactions; Because of this impact on the "nation's renaissance and progress" and "establishing security and the prevalence of security", including codifying the provisions of subscription and redemption.
