ملخص البحث:
من النوازل الحادثة في هذا الزمان: البيع والشراء عبر وسيط الدفع الآجل، وصورتها: أن يرغب إنسان في شراء بضاعة، فيتفق مع شركة مختصة تتولى الوساطة بينه وبين البائع؛ فتدفع للبائع الثمن حالاً دفعة واحدة، ثم يسدد المشتري الثمن للوسيط على دُفُعات، فيدفع المشتري الثمن للوسيط كاملاً، ويحصل الوسيط من البائع على خصم في ثمن السلعة.
ونظراً لحداثة هذه المسألة، وظهور انتشارها السريع، والتي أظن أنها ستكون ظاهرة لدى كل متجر -كحال الشراء والبيع بالبطاقة الائتمانية-، فقد استعنت بالله في دراسة هذه المسألة في هذا البحث المختصر، والله وحده ولي التوفيق وهو الهادي إلى سبيل الرشاد.

Abstract:
Among the calamities that occur in this time: buying and selling through a deferred payment broker, and its form: that a person wants to buy goods, and he agrees with a specialized company that mediates between him and the seller; So you pay the seller the price immediately in one payment, then the buyer pays the price to the broker in installments, so the buyer pays the price to the broker in full, and the broker gets a discount from the seller in the price of the commodity.
In view of the novelty of this issue, and the emergence of its rapid spread, which I think will be apparent in every store - as in the case of buying and selling with a credit card -, I sought help from God in studying this issue in this brief research, and God alone is the Grantor of success and He is the Guide to the path of righteousness.
