يعاني الاقتصاد العالمي اليوم من مشاکل عدة ، من أبرزها ظاهرة التضخم ، فإنها من المشکلات الاقتصادية الکبرى التي تواجه دول العالم على اختلافها لأنه يتهدد اقتصاديات کثير من الدول ويزعزع استقرارها ويعيق نموها ، لأنه يترتب عليه من آثار کثيرة تطال جوانب عديدة من حياة الناس، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية. خاصة على الطبقة الفقيرة والمتوسطة وعلى الأفراد محدودي الدخل ، حيث تنخفض دخولهم وتتآکل بشکل کبير نتيجة التضخم .
    إن من واجب المؤسسات الاقتصادية مواجهة هذه المشکلة والحد من هذا التضخم ، ولکن حتى الآن لم تفلح معظم دول العالم في مواجهة هذه المشکلة ، لذا وفي ظل استمرار هذه المشکلة وتفاقمها لا يصح أن يبقى العمال والموظفون يکتوون بنارها ، لذلک طرحت حلول واقتراحات لمواجهة آثار هذه المشکلة ،  ومن هذه المعالجات ربط أجور العمال والموظفين بمؤشر ثابت يقيس مستوى تغير اسعار السلع والخدمات ، ومن أبرز هذه المؤشرات المستوى العام لتکاليف المعيشة ، غير أن هذه المعالجة الاقتصادية محل نظر عند فقهاء العصر، فقد اختلفت فيها اجتهاداتهم، بحسب المنطلقات التي يستندون إليها.
ولهذا کان هذا البحث لبيان موقف العلماء من هذه المعالجة وبيان الأدلة التي استند کل فريق إليها


Linking Wages, Salaries and Expenditures with the General Level of Prices:
A Juristic (Fiqhi) Study

Abstract
The world economy is suffering from several problems, one of which is notably inflation. Inflation is a phenomenon which has serious economic, social and political effects, particularly on the poor and middle classes and low-income individuals whose incomes are falling and declining considerably as a result of inflation. Therefore, it is the duty of economic institutions to address this problem and reduce inflation. However, most countries of the world have not yet succeeded in facing the problem. As of the continuation of such a problem and its persistence, it is improper not to solve this problem for the workers and employees. Therefore, the current study suggested some solutions and proposals to address the effects of such a problem. One of these solutions is to link the wages of workers and employees with a fixed indicator that can measure the level of change in the prices of goods and services. However, such an economic solution is under consideration by the scholars (Jurisprudents) of the present time, whose opinions and jurisprudence have differed, based on their premises. This research, therefore, aims at investigating the attitudes of the experts (Jurisprudents) on this solution and the evidence that each team relied upon.
