ملخص البحث:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على التمايز بين الذكر والأنثى في ضوء آيات الله الكريمة، فذكرت الآيات أصل البشرية، والقوة والضعف، والقوامة والتعدد والنكاح والطلاق والشهادة والميراث، وما أمتاز جنس بشيء إلا وأمتاز الجنس الآخر بشيء، وتكمل الحياة بالتكامل بين احتياجات كل جنس للآخر.
وتناولت الدراسة التعريف بمفردات عنوان البحث، ثم بيان المراد بالتمايز بين الذكر والأنثى في ضوء القرآن الكريم. 
ثم تناولت الدراسة مظاهر التمايز بين الذكر والأنثى في القرآن الكريم من خلال المطالب التالية: المطلب الأول: الأصل والفرع، والمطلب الثاني: القِوَامَة، المطلب الثالث: القوة والضعف، المطلب الرابع: النكاح، والمطلب الخامس: الطلاق، والمطلب السادس: التعدُّد، والمطلب السابع: الشَّهادة، والمطلب الثامن: الميراث، ثم بعد ذلك الخاتمة، وفيها: أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Differentiation between male and female in the light of the Holy Quran

Abstract:
The study aimed to stand on the differentiation between male and female in the light of the noble verses of Allah. The verses mentioned the origin of humanity, strength and weakness, guardianship, plurality (Ta’dod), marriage, divorce, testimony and inheritance. As one gender was distinguished by something, the other gender was distinguished by something else, and life is completed by integrating the needs of each gender to the other.
The study dealt with defining the vocabulary of the title of the research, then explaining what is meant by differentiation between male and female in the light of the Holy Quran.
Then the study dealt with the manifestations of differentiation between male and female in the Holy Qur’an through the following chapters: The first chapter: origin and branch, the second chapter: guardianship, the third chapter: strength and weakness, the fourth chapter: marriage, the fifth chapter: divorce, the sixth chapter: plurality (Ta’dod), and the seventh chapter: testimony, and the eighth chapter: inheritance, and then the conclusion, in which: the most important findings and recommendations
