ملخص البحث:
     يهدف البحث إلى بيان علاقة الشريعة بالعقيدة، بإجابته عن الأسئلة التالية: ما هي العلاقة بين الشريعة والعقيدة؟، ما أثر انفصال علم الشريعة عن العقائد؟،ما هي أهم الآثار الناتجة عن علاقة علم الشريعة بالعقائد؟، اتَّبعتُ في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، في جَمْع مادة الدراسة والاستنباط منها. وقد تَوصَّلْتُ من خلال دراسة هذا الموضوع إلى عدة نتائج وتوصياتٍ تتمثل فيما يلي: أولًا: النتائج: علاقة علم الشريعة بالعقائد علاقة تلازُمٍ وتكامُلٍ، فعلم العقيدة مُتمِّمٌ للشريعة، وعلم الشريعة مُتمِّمٌ لعلم العقيدة، يترتب على انفصال علم الشريعة عن علم العقائد الخطأُ في بناء الأحكام، سواءً في العقائد أو الشريعة، يترتب على عدم مراعاة التلازم بين العقيدة والشريعة الوقوع في الأخطاء العقدية والفقهية، أورد العلماءُ في كتب العقائد كثيرًا من المسائل الفقهية، كمسألة المسح على الخفين وغيرها، العلوم الإسلامية مُترابطةٌ ترابطًا كبيرًا، وإغفال علمٍ من العلوم كاللغة، أو البلاغة، أو التفسير، أو غير ذلك من العلوم يُؤدي إلى وقوع الخطأ في بناء الأحكام. ثانيًا: التوصيَّات: عَمَلُ دراساتٍ في أثر انفصال العلوم عن العقيدة والفقه، كأثر انفصال علوم اللغة عن العقائد والآثار المترتبة على ذلك، عَمَلُ دراسةٍ تُبَيَّن المخالفات الشرعية والعقدية المترتبة على انفصال علم العقيدة عن الشريعة،عَمَلُ دراسةٍ عن وقوع التلازم بين العقيدة والفقه في كُتب العقائد وعند الفقهاء.

ABSTRACT:
     The research aims to clarify the relationship of Sharia law and belief, by answering the following questions: What is the relationship between Sharia law and belief? What is the effect of the separation of Sharia science from beliefs? What are the most important effects resulting from the relationship of Sharia science to beliefs? In this study, I followed the descriptive approach and the analytical approach. In collecting study material and drawing conclusions from it. Through studying this topic, I have reached several results and recommendations, which are as follows: First: Results: The relationship between the science of Sharia and beliefs is a relationship of correlation and complementarity. The science of belief complements the Sharia, and the science of Sharia complements the science of belief. The separation of the science of Sharia from the science of beliefs results in an error in constructing rulings, whether in beliefs or Sharia. It results in not taking into account the correlation between belief and Sharia. Falling into doctrinal and jurisprudential errors. Scholars have mentioned many jurisprudential issues in their books of doctrine, such as the issue of wiping over the socks and others. Islamic sciences are closely interconnected, and neglecting a science such as language, rhetoric, interpretation, or other sciences leads to errors in Building judgments. Second: Recommendations: Conducting studies into the effect of the separation of sciences from belief and jurisprudence, such as the effect of the separation of linguistic sciences from beliefs and the consequences resulting from that, conducting a study that shows the legal and doctrinal violations resulting from the separation of the science of belief from Sharia, conducting a study on the occurrence of correlation between belief and jurisprudence in books of beliefs. And according to jurists.
