الملخص:
هدف البحث تناول " المسائل الأصـولية المتعلقة بكتابة وجمع القرآن" وكان منهج البحث كالتالي :استقراء المسألة من مصادرها الأصيلة، عزو نصوص العلماء إلى كتبهم مباشرة ، وعدم اللجوء إلى الواسطة إلا عند عدم إمكان توثيق النص من كتب العالم ، عزو الآيات القرآنية ببيان اسم السورة ، ورقم الآية ، تخريج الأحاديث الواردة في صلب البحث من مصادرها الأصلية .ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها ، والتي يمكن تلخيصها فيما يلي :أن الله تكفل بحفظ هذا الكتاب ( إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحفظون ) ، ومن حفظ الله له أن هيء الله له عباده على مر العصور بدءً من الصحابة رضي الله عنهم ، ومن بعدهم في جمع القرآن وكتابته، أن أصول الفقه ميزان العلوم ، ومن الملاحظ ورود قواعد أصولية في جمع القرآن وكتابته ، حيث ارتكز الصحابة رضي الله عنهم إلى المصلحة المرسلة في جمعه، أستند الصحابة ومن بعدهم  إلى قاعدة تغير الأحكام بتغير الزمان ، وعشروا ونقطوا المصحف بعد أن كان يكره ويمنع ، فنقطت المصاحف وعشرت وحزبت ، حفظاً لهذا القرآن من التغيير والتحريف. ومن الأمور التي أوصي بها: أن مراحل جمعه وتدوينه تحوي دقائق كثيرة من المسائل تحتاج إلى ربطها بالأصول ، فما من مرحلة لجمعه أو كتابته إلا وللعلماء فيها ملحظ أصولي يرتكزون عليه، الكتابة في مراحل تدوين السنة وربط ذلك بالمسائل الأصولية .

Fundamental issues related to the writing and compilation of the Qur’an

ABSTRACT:
The aim of the research was to address “fundamental issues related to the writing and compilation of the Qur’an.” The research methodology was as follows: extrapolating the issue from its authentic sources, attributing the texts of scholars directly to their books, and not resorting to intermediary except when it is not possible to authenticate the text from the books of the scholar, attributing Qur’anic verses by stating the name of the surah, The verse number is the extraction of the hadiths contained in the body of the research from their original sources. Among the most important findings that I reached, which can be summarized as follows: that God has taken care of the preservation of this Book (Indeed, it is We who sent down the Remembrance, and indeed We will preserve it), and whoever God preserves, God has prepared his servants for him throughout the ages, starting with the Companions, may God be pleased with them, and those after them. In compiling and writing the Qur’an, the principles of jurisprudence are the balance of sciences, and it is noticeable that fundamental rules have been introduced in compiling and writing the Qur’an, as the Companions, may God be pleased with them, relied on the revealed benefit in compiling it. The Companions and those after them relied on the rule of rulings changing with the change of time, and they tithed and dotted the Qur’an after it had been It is disliked and forbidden, so the Qur’an was dotted, folded, and separated, to protect this Qur’an from change and distortion. Among the things that I recommend: The stages of compiling and writing it contain many details of issues that need to be linked to the fundamentals. There is no stage of collecting or writing it without scholars having a fundamental point of reference on which to rely. Writing in the stages of codifying the Sunnah and linking that to the fundamental issues.
