ملخص البحث
تناولت في هذا البحث دراسة المقاصد الشرعية في بعض الأنکحة التي ظهرت مؤخرًا في بعض المجتمعات، وبيَّنت المصالح والمفاسد المترتبة على الفتوى بجوازها، ووازنت بينها، ورجَّحت ما بان لي فيه تغليب جانب المصلحة على المفسدة؛ لکون الأخيرة موهومة، أو يمکن تلافيها ببعض التدابير، التي يراها أولي الأمــر في هذا الشأن، وقد اشتملت هذه الدِّراسة على المباحث والمطالب التالية :  تمهيد : في تعريف المقاصد وبيان أقسامها إجمالًا . وفيه مطلبان : المطلب الأول : التعريف بالمقاصد الشّرعية لغة واصطلاحًا .والمطلب الثاني : بيان أقسام المقاصد الشّرعيّة إجمالًا . والمبحث الأول : المقاصد الشّرعيّة في القول بضرورة الفحص الطِّبي قبل الزواج . والمبحث الثاني : المقاصد الشّرعيّة في القول بصحة زواج المسيار .والمبحث الثالث : المقاصد الشّرعيّة في القول بصحة زواج الصّديق  ( الفرند).والمبحث الرابع : المقاصد الشّرعيّة في القول بصحة الزواج عبر الشبکة العنکبوتية(الإنترنت ) والخاتمة  واشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.


 
Research Summary
 
In this research, I have examined the study of the legitimate purposes of some of the infidels that have emerged recently in some societies, and have shown the interests and evils of the fatwa as permissible, and balanced among them, and I have suggested that I have the advantage of the interest on the spoiler; because the latter is talented or can be avoided by some measures Which is considered preliminary in this regard, and this study included the following investigations and demands.
Introduction: In the definition of the purposes and the statement of its sections as a whole. There are two requirements: The first requirement: To define the purposes of Shari'a as a language and a term. And the first topic: the legitimate purposes to say the need for medical examination before marriage. The second topic is the legitimate purpose of saying the validity of the marriage of al-Misyar. The third topic is the legitimate aims of saying the validity of the marriage of the friend. The fourth point is the legitimate goals of saying the validity of marriage through the Internet and the conclusion and it included the most important conclusions and recommendations
