ملخص البحث

·   أهمية علم الفقه ومسيس الحاجة إليه، مما دفع العلماء قديما وحديثا على التأليف فيه، فهو المعين الذي تتزاحم عنده الدلاء، وقطب الرحى الذي يدور حوله العلماء والفقهاء .
·   أن علم الفقه لا يحيط به أحد، فهو بحر متلاطم الأمواج، وما هذه المسائل التي وصلت إلينا إلا نَزْر من کُثْر، وقَطرة من قَطر، ولا تزال المسائل والقضايا تستجد وتنزل، مما يضع الأمانة على عاتق العلماء في بيان هذه المسائل للناس وإيضاحها لهم.
