        والبحث بدأ بمقدمة تحتوى على خطة البحث وأهميته ثم تعرضت للموضوع فى ثلاثة فصول. الفصل الأول. عرفت فيه الإجهاض لغة وشرعاً، وطباً، وذکرت أنواعه، ووسائله وأسبابه، وأضراره. وأما الفصل الثانى: فتعرضت فيه لحکم الاجهاض إذا کان لغير عذر قبل النفخ وبعده وبينت الحکم الشرعى لذلک، ذاکراً کلام السادة الفقهاء وأدلتهم، ومناقشاتهم مرجحا ما رجحه الدليل.
          وأما الفصل الثالث: فتعرضت للأعذار التى قد يباح من أجلها الإجهاض: وفيه ستة أعذار الأول: إجهاض الجنين المشوه والثانى إجهاض المرأة التى وقع عليها الاغتصاب وحملت عن طريق الزنا. والثالث الإجهاض انقاذا لحياة الأم، والرابع الإجهاض بسبب مرض الإيدز، والخامس الإجهاض خوفا على حياة الطفل الرضيع ورعاية لجانبه، والسادس الإجهاض بسبب تحديد النسل ذکرت کل عذر بمعناه وحکمه الشرعى وبينت هل يصلح سببا للإجهاض أم لا؟
          ثم ذکرت مبحثا سابعاً في مسألة معاصرة مهمة إلا وهى موقف الفقه الإسلامي من البيضات الملحقة الفائضة من التلقيح الصناعي وهى مسألة معتبرة فى هذا الشأن فذکرت أقوال أهل العلم فيها، ثم طرزت البحث بنتائج وملاحظات توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث، راجياً من الله القبول والتوفيق والسداد. أنه ولى ذلک والقادر عليه.

          The research has began with an introduction containing the layout of dissertation and its importance then, I have treated the subject matter through three chapters. In chapter one, I have defined abortion in a linguistic, religious and medical sense and I have mentioned its types, methods, causes and harms. But in chapter two, I have handled the provision on abortion in case it is without an excuse before or after the first trimester and I have shown the religious provision for that mentioning the speech of jurists, their evidence and discussions taking the side prevailing through the evidence.
          In chapter three, I have handled the excuses that permit abortion. There are six excuses: First: The abortion of the deformed fetus. Second: The abortion of the woman that has been raped and has become pregnant due to adultery. Third: abortion for saving the mother’s life. Fourth: abortion due to AIDS. Fifth: abortion in fear for the breast fed baby and its care. Sixth: abortion due to birth control and I have mentioned each excuse with its meaning and religious provision. Then, I have shown whether this excuse is fit for the abortion or not?
          Then, I have written down section seven on an important contemporary issue that is the position of Islamic fight in relation to the fertilized ovums in excess in the artificial insemination and it is a considered issue in this regard. I have mentions the statements of scholars. Then, I have concluded that research with results and observations I have come up with through this research.
