الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه.
لقد درسنا في هذه البحث المقاصد الشرعية للنفقة الزوجية ،,وتضمن (المقاصد الشرعية للزواج و إقامة مؤسسة الأسرة .، والنفقة و دورها في تحقيق مقاصد الأسرة  والتکييف المقاصدي للنفقة الزوجية و حکم إنفاق الزوجة العاملة على الأسرة ونفقة المرأة العاملة ،يتناول هذا المبحث المطالب التالية ومدى حرية تصرف الزوجة بمالها وبينا آراء الفقهاء في نفقة المرأة العاملة .
وتضمن ايضا مسائل جزئية مثل :
مدى حرية تصرف الزوجة بمالها و خروج الزوجة للعمل بإذن من الزوج ، و أثر إذن الزوج بعمل المرأة في النفقة ، و خروج الزوجة للعمل بغير إذن من الزوج و أثر عدم إذن الزوج بعمل المرأة في النفقة ، وبعض التوصيات

We have studied in this research the legitimate purposes of marital maintenance, and ensure (the legitimate purposes of marriage and the establishment of the institution of the family, and alimony and its role in achieving the purposes of the family and adaptation of the provisions of marital maintenance and the rule of spending the wife working on the family and the maintenance of working women, The wife's freedom to pay her money and the opinions of jurists on the expense of working women.
