 يتضمن البحث مفاهيم بعض المصطلحات الموجودة بعنوان البحث؛ کمفهوم الطفل، ومفهوم الصبي، والمقصود بالمسؤولية، کما أنه يعرض لحکم عبادة الصبيان من صلاة وزکاة وصيام وحج، مع بيان لمسؤولية الأولياء والمکلفين عن أداء الصبي لهذه العبادات، وحدود هذه المسؤولية والوسيلة المتاحة لهم لحمل الصبيان على أداء العبادات، کما أن في البحث أيضاً دراسة لمسائل خلافية هامة تأتي من هذا الباب طالما کانت سبب أسئلة الناس ومسار اهتماماتهم تمت معالجتها بالأدلة وإبداء الرأي فيها، فالبحث يرتبط بواقع البيت المسلم وتربية وتنشئة أبنائه على العبادة وإصلاحهم بها مما يسهم في صلاح المجتمع ووقايته من عوامل الفساد والانحراف، ومن هنا يظهر مدى اهتمام الإسلام بالصغار وإعدادهم في هذه المرحلة العمرية الهامة لتحمل المسؤولية وذلک من خلال التدريب على التکاليف الشرعية.

The research includes the concepts of some of the terms found in the title of the research; such as the concept of the child, the concept of the boy, and the meaning of responsibility, as it presents the rule of worship boys from prayer and zakat, fasting and pilgrimage, with a statement of the responsibility of parents and officials in charge of the boy's performance of these worship, and the limits of this responsibility and the means available to them to get boys to Performing acts of worship, It is also in the study a study of important controversial issues comes from this section as long as the reason for the questions of people and the course of their concerns were addressed by evidence and express opinion therein. Hence the extent of Islam's interest in the young and preparing them at this important age to take responsibility through training in the legitimate costs
