ملخص الدراسة
          کيفية إيقاع الطلاق عنوان جديد يتناول فيه الباحث هذه الکيفية، من حيث أنها منصوص عليها في القرآن الکريم، والسنة النبوية فلا يجوز الاجتهاد فيها وإبداء الرأي، أم أنها على الضد من ذلک، کما تحاول هذه الدراسة معرفة حکم حديث الدراسة "حديث ابن عباس في طلاق الثلاث" هل هو صحيح مقبول يجوز لنا العمل به؟ واستنباط الأحکام الشرعية منه؟ أم لا يجوز لنا ذلک؛ لکون أکثر أهل العلم قد توقفوا عن العمل به لمجموعة من الحجج ستعرضها الدراسة، کما تهدف هذه الدراسة للکشف عن کل هذه التساؤلات المستحقه وفق قواعد المنهج العلمي السليم، وحتى يکتشف القارئ بنفسه عن أفق جديدة تظهرها هذه الدراسة عن کيفية إيقاع الطلاق مستمد من النصوص الشرعية والقواعد العلمية، کما أن الدراسة اشتملت على نتائج مهمة تقدم وجه نظر الباحث على کل هذه التساؤلات التي تتناول کيفية الطلاق، وتجيب عن جميع الإشکالات التي تعرض لحديث الدراسة في موضوع طلاق الثلاث.

Abstract
How to make the divorce is a new filed in which the researcher addresses how to make it, since it is stated in the holy Quran, and the prophetic Sunna, there should be no endeavorinit, or expressing the opinion, or against it.
Also, the study attempts to know rule of Hadeeth, Ibn Abbas Saying in the three divorce “is it right and acceptable for us to use it? And to extract the legal provisions from it? Or we cannot do this, because many scholars have stopped working on it for several claims, the study will illustrate.
Also, the study aimed to revel all the due questions according to rules of the appropriate scientific method, for the reader to discover by himself about new horizons the study about how to make the divorce based on the legal texts and the scientific rules.
Also, the study included important results presenting the researcher’s point of view about all these questions addressing how to make the divorce, and answering all problems about the study’s Hadeeth in the topic the three divorce.
