الملخص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز المعتمد من المذهب الشافعي في طهارة البدن والثوب،وذلک في مسألة استعمال الماء المشمس في البدن،ومسألة عدد الضربات في التيمم،ومسألة القدر الواجب في التيمم،ومسألة کيفية إزالة النجاسات من البدن والثوب،مقارنة ذلک بالمذاهب الثلاثة الأخرى.

Abstract:
This research aims to shed light on Al-Shafii’s school on the purity of the body and clothes, on the issue of the use of sun water in the body, the issue of the number of strikes in tayammum, the issue of the degree of the amount due in tayammum, and the question of how to remove impurities from the body and clothes, compared to the other three schools..
