ملخص :
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن وأله وبعد فمن خلال قراءتي لکتب السنة وجدت أن بعض الألفاظ ذکرت في الزمن النبوي لأحوال خاصة استخدمت في زمننا لأحوال مختلفة عن الزمن النبوي منها لفظ الخلاء والحمام ومرادفتهما لذا أحببت أن أساهم في بيان حقيقة هذه الألفاظ ومعانيها السابقة والمعاصرة مع بيان بعض الأحکام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمکلف في هذه الدور وقبل ذلک هذه الأحکام تکلمت عن مسألتين تتعلق بهذه الدور وهي مسألة : حکم دخول الحمامات للجنسين. ومسألة : بناء الحمامات. ثم ذکر جملة من الأحکام الفقهية وهي  حکم الکلام المباح في الحمام ،حکم الصلاة فيه وفي الميضأة،حکم الوضوء في الحمام،حکم التسمية للوضوء في مکان الخلاء،حکم الأکل والشرب في الحمام،حکم التجرد من الملابس في الحمام،حکم اغتسال الرجل مع زوجته وجماعها في الحمام ،حکم الذکو ورد السلام وقراءة القرآن وإجابة المؤذن في الحمام ،حکم التلبية بالحج أو العمرة في الحمام.
وبعدها ختمت هذا البحث بذکر بعض التوصيات في هذه المسألة والتي تحتاج إلى مزيد بحث وتدقيق والله تعالى أعلم وأحکم.

Abstract:
All praise is due to Allah and may the prayers and blessings of Allah be upon the messenger of Allah,his family,his companions and whoever loves him.
However,during the period of my reading of the books of the tradition of the prophet, I realized that,there are some words  that were used during the time of the Prophet for a certain purpose,in which we use in this generation for different purposes differ from the ways they were being used during the time of the prophet.Out of these words are : the word Khalaai and the word Hamaam and their synonyms.For this reason, I wish to explain the actuality of these words and what it meant then and  now,coupled with part of jurispudence ruling relating to  legible worshiper in this World.Before I start with that, these rulings related to two issues regarding to this World and go thus :An issue relating to the entering of the Hamaam by both sex.An issue relating to the building of  the Hamaam.   Then, stating of copious of the jurispudence rulings like :, the ruling relating to the allowed statements in the Hamaam, the ruling relating to the offering of the prayer in the Hamaam and in the place where ablution is being performed,the ruling relating to the performing of ablution in the Hamaam, the ruling relating to  the mentioning the name of Allah while performing ablution in the place of the Khalaai., the ruling relating to the eating and drinking in the Hamaam, the ruling relating to being nicked in the Hamaam, the ruling relating to the couple taking bath in the Hamaam and having fun there, the ruling relating to the remembrance of Allah , answering islamic greeting, reading of the Qur'an and  saying along with the caller of Azan what he says while in the Hamaam, the ruling relating to the making of intention of Haaj or Umurah in the Hamaam.At the end, I concluded this research by given some recomendations on this topic that need more more research and clearity.Allah is the best in Knowledge and the best in judgement..
