ملخص:
 يسلط الباحث  الضوء في هذا البحث على الأوجه المشرقة في التشريعات البحرينية التي تکفل المواطنة الصالحة و التعايش السلمي لکافة أطياف و مکونات الشعب في البحرين ، حيث تعد المواطنة من القضايا القديمة المتجددة التي ما تلبث أن تفرض نفسها عند معالجة أي بعد من أبعاد التنمية بالمفهوم الإنساني الشامل بصفة خاصة ومشاريع الإصلاح والتطوير بصفة عامة. وقد وضعت لهذه المواطنة في جميع الدول تشريعات لحقوق المواطن وواجباته وترسخ الدساتير الحديثة مبادئ أساسية في حياة الشعوب ، و تأتي هذه المبادئ تعبيرا عن رغبة  الشعوب في العيش بسلام و أمن وطمأنينة ، داخل حدود إقليمها أو خارجة  حيثما حلت وارتحلت ، لتکون آمنة مطمئنة لا تخشى على معتقداتها و ديانتها اختلاف الأوطان أو الثقافات أو الديانات ،  فنجد أن معظم دساتير دول العالم الحديثة تکفل حرية الدين والمعتقد والمذهب ، و تحض التشريعات المحلية على توفير حد ادني من الظروف المواتية لکل فرد لکي يمارس طقوس دينه ومعتقدة بحرية تامة و تکفل عدم تدخل الغير به ، لا بل وتجرم ذلک  وتجعل أي تصرف يمس حرية الدين والمعتقد والمذهب أو أي فکر يؤمن به الإنسان فعلا مجرما يعاقب علية القانون خصوصا إذا کان ذلک الدين أو المعتقد لا يشکل مساساً بأمن الدولة . ومن هذه التشريعات الدستور البحريني الصادر عام 1973 والمعدل عام 2002 وميثاق العمل الوطني البحريني الصادر عام 2002 حيث تضمنت هاتين الوثيقتين الدستوريتين على العديد من المبادئ الهامة التي تکفل حرية المعتقد بما يکفل  التعدد و التعايش السلمي لأتباع الديانات و الأفکار  وبما يحقق  أنموذجا يحتذي في الوطن العربي بشکل خاص والعالم اجمع بشکل عام وهذا ما سوف نحاول بحثه لاحقا .

Abstract:
Constitutional and Legislation framework for the values of citizenship, coexistence and tolerance in the Bahraini constitution and legislations, an analytical and applied study.
In this research, the researcher highlights the bright aspects of Bahraini legislation that guarantee good citizenship and peaceful coexistence of all spectrums and components of the people in Bahrain. Where citizenship is one of the old and renewed issues that soon impose itself when dealing with any dimension of development in the comprehensive humanitarian concept in particular and the projects of reform and development in general. In this country, citizenship has established legislation for the rights and duties of citizens, and modern constitutions establish fundamental principles in the lives of peoples. These principles are an expression of the desire of peoples to live in peace, security and tranquility Within the borders of its territory or outside, wherever it has departed and departed, to be safe and reassuring, not afraid for its beliefs and religions of different homelands, cultures or religions, we find that most of the constitutions of modern countries of the world guarantee freedom of religion, belief and doctrine , And local legislation urges the provision of a minimum of favorable conditions for everyone to practice their religion and beliefs in complete freedom and to ensure that others do not interfere with it  does not, and even criminalizes it, and makes any behavior that violates the freedom of religion, belief and doctrine, or any thought that a person believes in a criminal act, punishable by law, especially if that religion or belief does not prejudice the security of the stat  Among these legislations are the Bahraini constitution issued in 1973 and amended in 2002, and the Bahraini National Action Charter issued in 2002, which included these two constitutional documents on many important principles that guarantee freedom of belief in a manner that guarantees pluralism and peaceful coexistence for followers of religions and ideas in a way that achieves a role model in the Arab world in a way Private and the world in general, and this is what we will try to discuss later.
