ملخص :
تعد المجامع الفقهية من أهم المنجزات العلمية والفقهية في هذا العصر، لما لهذه المجامع من دور بارز وأثر فاعل في معالجة المستجدات الفقهية المعاصرة.وقد تناولت الدراسة موضوع دور المجامع الفقهية في تعزيز المعاملات المالية من خلال استعراض جهود مجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدولي في خدمة وتطور المعاملات المالية.فجاءت هذا الدراسة لتوضح الدور الذي يقوم به مجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدولي في تعزيز المعاملات المالية من خلال القرارات والتوصيات الصادرة من المجمع، والمؤتمرات والندوات التي يقيمها، مما أسهم في تطور وتقدم المعاملات المالية.

Fiqh Academies and their role in promoting Financial Transactions

Abstract:
The Fiqh Academies are among the most important scientific achievements at this time, they have a prominent role in dealing with contemporary jurisprudence developments. The study dealt the topic of the role of Fiqh Academies in promoting financial transactions by reviewing the efforts of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy in serving and developing financial transactions. This study came to clarify the role played by the International Islamic Fiqh Academy in promoting financial transactions through decisions and recommendations issued by the Academy, and the conferences and seminars that it establishes, which contributed to the development and progress of financial transactions.
