ملخص البحث :
تکمن أهمية الدراسة من خلال تطبيق فکرة بدائل الإصلاح المجتمعي لکي نصل إلى تکافل أفراد المجتمع وانسجامهم في مجتمعهم بما يتوافق وفکر الإنسان ، والحرص على عدم تفاقم الأوضاع لدى مرتکب الفعل والمجتمع والدولة . کما تحدثت المديرة الإقليمية للمنظمة الدولية للإصلاح الجنائي " تغريد جبر " أن المملکة الأردنية الهاشمية ليست الدولة الوحيدة التي طبقت فکرة بدائل الإصلاح المجتمعي ؛ إلا أن تطبيقها في المملکة الأردنية له نجاعته وفاعليته لانسجام النسيج الاجتماعي والثقافي بين أفراد مجتمعه .

Abstract:
The importance of studying lies through the application of the idea of alternatives to community reform in order to reach the solidarity of the members of society and their harmony in their society in accordance with human thought , and to ensure that the situation does not worsen for the perpetrator , society and the state . the regional director of the international organization for criminal reform "TaghridJaber" also spoke that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is not the only country that has implemented the idea of alternatives to community reform , but its application in the kingdom of Jordan is effective and effective for the harmony of the social and cultural fabric among its members .
