ملخص البحث :
   موضوع " الاستثناء الوارد عقب جملتين فأکثر وأثره فى الفروع الفقهية " من الموضوعات الأصولية التى يحتاج إليها الفقيه ، والأصولى ، والدارس لعلم الأصول حيث إنه يساعد على فهم المراد من النصوص الشرعية المشتملة على استثناء ، وکذلک فهم خطابات الناس التى بها  استثناء أيضًا ، وقد تناولت فى هذا البحث النقاط التالية  :
-       موضوع البحث ، وأسباب اختياره ، والدراسات السابقة ، ومنهجى فى البحث، وخطة البحث .
-       تعريف التخصيص، وأقسام المُخَصِّصات , وعلاقة الاستثناء بالتخصيص .
-       تعريف الاستثناء , وأدواته , وشروطه .
- مسألة عَوْدُ الاستثناء الوارد عقب جملتين فأکثر ، مبينًا : أقوال العلماء فى ترجمة عنوان المسألة ، وتحرير محل النزاع فيها، ومذاهب العلماء فى عَوْدِ الاستثناء الوارد عقب جملتين فأکثر، وأدلة کل مذهب ، مع المناقشة والترجيح .
-       أثر الخلاف في عَوْدِ الاستثناء الوارد عقب جملتين فأکثر فى الفروع الفقهية .
-       أهم نتائج هذا البحث .

Abstract:
   The topic "The exception contained after two sentences or more and its effect on the branches of jurisprudence" is one of the fundamental issues that the jurist, the fundamentalist, and the learner need for the science of origins, as it helps to understand what is meant by the legal texts that include an exception, as well as understanding the speeches of people that have an exception as well, and it was addressed in This research has the following points:
- The subject of the research, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, and my research methodology, and the research plan.
-Definition of allocation, sections of provisions, and the relationship of the exception to allocation.
-Definition of exception, tools, and conditions.
- The issue of the return of the exception mentioned after two or more sentences, indicating: the sayings of the scholars in translating the title of the issue, editing the subject of the dispute in it, and the doctrines of the scholars on a return.
- The exception received after two sentences or more, indicating: the sayings of scholars in translating the title of the issue, editing the subject of the dispute in it, the doctrines of scholars regarding the return of the exception received after two sentences or more, and evidence for each doctrine, with discussion and weighting.
- The effect of the dispute on the return of the exception mentioned after two or more sentences in the fiqh branches.
