ملخص :
الحمد لله ، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله . وبعد .
فقد وضع الله بفيروس کورونا المستجد ( کوفيد 19) ، هذا الفيروس الصغير الذي لا يرى إلا بالمجاهر التي تکبره آلاف المرات ، وضع الإنسان أمام حجمه الحقيقي ، وضعفه البشر  ،   فإنه مهما تفتق ذهنه عن الجديد في  عالم التکنولوجيا ، وصناعة السلاح ، وامتلاک الفتاک المدمر منه؛ فإنه لازال حتى هذه اللحظة يقف عاجزاً حائراً أمام هذا الفيروس الصغير.
 لکن هذه الجائحة في الوقت ذاته أظهرت روعة وعظمة الشريعة الإسلامية ، في سبقها وصلاحيتها  لکل زمان ومکان، فما من قضية تحدث, و لا نازلة تحل بالأمة إلا و لها حکم في هذه الشريعة العظيمة, إما نصاً أو استنباطاً من خلال تلک النصوص على ضوء مبادئ الشريعة و مقاصدها العامة .
 فقد أظهرت هذه الجائحة سبق الشريعة الإسلامية غيرها  إلى نظم الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، والاحتراز من تفشيها وانتشارها؛ منعًا للضرر، ودفعًا للأذى، ورفعًا للحرج.
کما أن  هذه الشريعة الغراء  أتاحت للإمام أن يختار ما يراه مناسباً من الإجراءات للحفاظ على حياة الناس من حجر صحي ، أو منع  للاختلاط الاجتماعي ، أو تعليق للعمرة والزيارة ، وتعليق للجماعات والجمع ، والتباعد بين المصلين ، ولبس للکمامة ، وغير ذلک .
وأنه يجب على الرعية الالتزام بأوامر ولي الأمر ، والانصياع لها ؛ لأنه أمر يتعلق بعموم الناس ، وکل ما کان  کذلک فمرده إلى الإمام .

Abstract:
Praise be to Allah. Prayers and peace be upon his messenger.
Allah had created  the new coronavirus ( COVID-19), this tiny virus  that can't be seen unless we magnify the images thousands times under a microscope. Having created this virus made the human being to realize how weak he/she is. However, and despite someone's  being skilled and knowledgeable in different fields as that of the technology world  and weapons invention , yet he/she is seen to be incapable to confront this tiny virus.
In the meanwhile, this pandemic showed us the magnificence and the greatness of the Islamic Shariah ( Islamic law) as it is applicable and valid for different incidents in different periods of time.
This Pandemic had proved us that the Islamic Shariah has the superiority over many other laws or organizations to offer healthy habits  to protect ourselves from the infectious diseases . Islamic Shariah  also urged us to be cautious from these diseases and  also to prevent the spread of these diseases to avoid any possible harm.
Further, Shariah had allowed the Imam ( a ruler , Islamic leader or any person in charge) to choose what he finds as good procedures to save people's lives such as quarantine , not to socialize, the suspension of Umrah and pilgrimage,  the suspension of praying inside mosques, keeping the distance socializing while praying, wearing masks etc.
Hence, people have to follow and obey the orders given by the ruler since these orders are related to the people themselves and also for their benefits. Thus, any such orders are always issued by the ruler himself.
