 لما کان للعرف من منزلة عظيمة في الشرع، وفي طرق الاستدلال، ولما أن القاضي الذي يفصل في الخصومات والمنازعات، من حاجة ماسة إلى معرفة أحوال الناس وعاداتهم وأمورهم فقد جاء هذا بحث بيان حقيقة العرف وأحکامه، وتسليط الضوء على اعتباره في الأحکام والأقضية، وتحديداً في مسائل من فقه الأحوال الشخصية.
وَوُسِمَ هذا البحث باسم: (التطبيقات القضائية للاستدلال بالعرف في مسائل الأحوال الشخصية).

Abstract:
 Because custom has a great status in Sharia and in methods of inference, and because the judge who settles disputes and disputes is of an urgent need to know people's conditions, customs and matters, this study came to clarify the truth of custom and its rulings, and shed light on its consideration in judgments and issues And specifically in matters of personal status jurisprudence.
And this research was tagged with the name: ( Judicial applications for inference by custom in matters of personal status ).
