ملخص :
أصبح هذا العصر الذي نعيشه يسمى بعصر الثورة التکنولوجية، ولعل تقنية النقل عبر التطبيقات الذکية من أبرز تلک التطورات، حيث إسهامها على اختلاف أشکالها وألوانها في تقديم سبل الراحة للإنسان، حيث تم التغلب على عامل الوقت الذي يقيد في أحوال کثيرة حرکة النقل التقليدية، ولذلک يجب وضع الآليات القانونية اللازمة لحماية العميل في عقد النقل عبر التطبيقات الذکية، وأهمها حماية البيانات الشخصية للعميل.

 Abstract:
 This era in which we live has become called the era of the technological revolution, and perhaps the technology of transport via smart applications is one of the most prominent of these developments, as it contributes in all its forms and colors to providing comfort to humans, as the time factor that limits in many cases the traditional movement of transport has been overcome.  Establishing the necessary legal mechanisms to protect the customer in the contract of transfer through smart applications, the most important of which is the protection of the client's personal data.
