ملخص :
أصبحت التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية هى نموذج التنمية السائد في الوقت الحالي، لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية مع الحفاظ على التوازن البيئي، وتسعى دول العالم إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في عام 2030م، للتغلب على المخاطر البيئية وتلبية الاحتياجات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأجيال الحالية، دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية احتياجاتهم، وتوفر تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات حلول عديدة ومتنوعة للتغلب على التحديات العالمية التي تهدد إمکانية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأهدافها المتکاملة، فقد أصبحت تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بتطبيقاتها المختلفة مؤثرة في العديد من المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، ولذلک فهى قادرة على دعم الجهود العالمية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وقد أدرکت مصر أهمية تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ولذلک اهتمت مصر بتوفير بنية أساسية ملائمة لقطاع تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، کما تبنت الحکومة المصرية عدد کبير من المبادرات القائمة على استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في دعم العديد من المجالات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

Abstract:
    Sustainable development with its economic, social and environmental dimensions has become the dominant development model at the present time. To achieve economic and social development while preserving the environmental balance, The world aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in 2030, To face environmental risks and meet the economic and social needs of current generations, preserving the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Information and communication technology provides many and varied solutions to overcome global challenges that threaten the possibility of achieving sustainable development with its integrated goals. Information and communication technology, with its various applications, has become a development in many economic, social and environmental fields, Therefore, it is able to support global efforts to achieve sustainable development goals. Egypt has recognized the importance of information and communication technology in achieving sustainable development. Egypt has established a suitable infrastructure for the information technology sector. The Egyptian government has also adopted initiatives based on the use of information and communication technology to achieve sustainable development.
