الکمال والإجزاء في باب الاستنجاء والاستجمار

المستخلص :
موضوع الکمال والإجزاء في العبادات، وفي کتاب الطهارة على وجه الخصوص، من أهم الموضوعات، وأکثرها فائدة؛ لارتباطها بأهم تکليف کلّفنا الله به وهو عبادته، والمراد بالکمال في صفة العبادة وقدرها: بيان الهدي الکامل لرسول الله$في العبادة، وهذا يستلزم بيانما هو واجبٌ وما هو سنةٌ، وأما الإجزاء: فيکون بيانه بذکر القدر الذي تبرأ به ذمة المکلف، والحاجة ماسةٌ لبيان هذين النوعين مما يُعين المکلف على معرفة حدود المأمورات الشرعية في العبادات، فيفرق بين الکمال والإجزاء في خاصة نفسه، وکذلک بالنسبة لغيره إذا کان مفتياً أو معلِّماً، وبهذا کلِّه تتحقَّق عبادة الله على بصيرة وهدى، بخلاف ما إذا خلط بينهما فجعل المسنون مفروضاً فإنه يتحمَّل المشاق، ويلزم نفسه أو غيره بما لم يُلزمه به الشارع، وهذه الدراسة مهمة في هذا الجانب، ومادتها العلمية تغني الباحث کثيراً في فهم الشريعة، والعمل بها، وهي معينة لبلوغ الفضل ومرتبة الإحسان التي هي أعظم قربةً وثواباً عند الله، کما أن معرفة الإجزاء تُعين على معرفة ما تبرأ به الذِّمة من واجب العبادة، وفي هذا کله بيان ليُسر الشريعة وسماحتها في العبادات بکشف ما هو لازم وغير لازم والتفريقبينهما، ومن شأن ذلک أن يقفل باب التنطُّع والتَّشدد في الدين بجعل ما هو مسنون واجباً ولازماً.

Abstract:
     The perfection and requital in the worships and in the purity book especially is one of the most important topics, the most useful and related to the most important assignment from Allah to us, it’s the worship of Almighty God, the perfection in worship is the full guidance of Prophet Muhammad “blessing and peace of Allah be upon him” in the worship which requires clarifying the pillar, Sunnah, and obligations, but the requital explains the part of duty, which the legally competent person is disassociated of, the urgent need to clarify these two types comes from the need of the legally competent person to know the limits of legitimate orders in the worships, to be able to distinguish between the perfection and requital by himself, as well as for the instructor or Mufti, so with all of that the implement the worship of Allah will be based on the insight and guidance, otherwise, any confusion makes the enacted is necessary which make the legally competent person bears the hardships, and commit himself or others with what noncommittal legitimately. So this study is very important from this side, and its scientific material helps the researcher to understanding the religion, ad to works on it, to reach the level of charity which greater than the requital, and also the
 
 
knowledge about the requital helps to know what one has disassociated of the duty of worship, which is extremely important. All of this shows the tolerance of Islam in the worship that with showing the necessary and unnecessary, and the difference between them, which closes the door of militancy and extremism by making what is enacted is must and should.
