ملخص البحث :
 يتتاول البحث بصفة أساسية أثر فيروس کورونا على حق الإنسان في الحياة وفي سلامة جسمه، وأنه قد يترتب على نقل عدوى هذا الفيروس إزهاق روح إنسان أو مساس بسلامة جسمه، وأنه في حالة إزهاق الروح يعد ذلک جريمة قتل، سواء وقعت بطريق العمد أو بطريق الخطأ. ويوضح أنه في حالة وقوف أثر العدوى عند حد المساس بسلامة الجسم؛ فإن ذلک يشکل جريمة جنائية، سواء وقعت بطريق العمد أو بطريق الخطأ، ويوضح اختلاف مسئولية الجاني، بحسب صورة الرکن المعنوي للجريمة. ويوضح البحث أن القوانين واللوائح تلقي واجبات على عاتق کافة أفراد المجتمع للحد من انتشار العدوى وحکم القانون في حالة نقل العدوى، وعدم الإلتزام بالتدابير القانونية، وتناول البحث تجريم الشائعات المتعلقة بالفيروس .

Abstract :
The research deals mainly with the impact of the Corona virus on the human right to life and the integrity of his body, and that the transmission of this virus infection may result in the loss of a person's soul or damage to the integrity of his body, and that in the case of the loss of the soul, this is considered a murder, whether it occurred intentionally or by mistake. It explains that if the effect of infection stops at the point of compromising the integrity of the body; This constitutes a criminal offense, whether it is committed intentionally or by mistake, and it illustrates the difference in the responsibility of the perpetrator, according to the image of the moral element of the crime. The research shows that laws and regulations place duties on all members of society to limit the spread of infection and rule of law in the event of transmission of infection, and lack of commitment to legal measures, and the research dealt with the criminalization of rumors related to the virus.
