ملخص البحث:
 بحث مسألة (نوم الجنب بدون وضوء)، وأصل المسألة الحديث المروي في السنن، من طريق أبي إسحاق السَّبِيعي، عن الأسود، عن عَائِشَةَ – رَضِيَ الله عَنْهَا -: کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ r يَنَامُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ، مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَمَسُّ مَاءً؛ وتخريجه، ودراسة إسناده، وعلته، والحکم عليه، وبيان أقوال العلماء فيه، ممن صحَّحَه، أو أَعلَّه، مع بيان وجه العلة، ثم ذکر أحاديث الباب الموافقة، والمخالفة، وتخريجها، ودراسة أسانيدها، والحکم عليها، ثم ذکر بعض المسائل المهمة المستنبطة من هذه الأحاديث.

Junub "impure" Sleeping Without Ablution

Abstract:
Studying the issue of (Junub "Impure" Sleeping Without Ablution), the origin of this issue back to hadith narrated in Al-Sunnan, by Abu Ishaq Al-Subai'i, about Al-Aswad – about Aisha - may Allah be pleased with her-: The Messenger of Allah "peace be upon him" was sleeping while he was junub "impure" without touching water" and its interpretation, studying its regards "Asanid", evidences, and its provisions, as well as explaining the scholars opinions, including those who have agreed or impairment it, and explaining the reasons for their impairment. Then mentioning and interpreting the agreeing and rejection hadiths, and studying their regards "Asanid" as well as making provisions. Mentioning  some important issues derived from these Hadiths.
