هدفت الدراسة إلى  جمع الفروق الفقهية عند الإمام النووي (رحمه الله تعالى) في کتاب الجنايات والديات ودعوى الدم والقسامة والشهادة على الدم. وإکساب الباحث ملکة فقهية، من خلال معايشة الإمام المجتهد أبي زکريا محيي الدين بن شرف النووي (رحمه الله تعالى) إبراز عمق الفقه الإسلامي وغزارته ودقته، من خلال الجمع بين الصور المتماثلة، ثم التفريق بينها؛ ليتبين سعة الفقه الإسلامي، في استيعابه لجميع القضايا على تنوعها، واختلافها، ودقته في بيان حکمها. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الخاص، ومن أبرز نتائج البحثاهتمام الإمام النووي – رحمه الله- بعلم الفروق، ويظهر ذلک من اهتمامه بعلم الفقه، وکثرة مؤلفاته فيه.أهمية علم الفروق الفقهية في مجال الدراسات الشرعية، فلا يمکن للفقيه الاستغناء عنها.يمکن من خلال الفروق الفقهية إبراز محاسن الشريعة، وأسرارها، وحکمها، و مقاصدها، ومآخذها، والاطلاع على دقائق الفقه.

Abstract:
The study aimed to collect the jurisprudential differences according to Imam al-Nawawi (may God Almighty have mercy on him) in the book of felonies and blood money, the case of blood and swearing, and the testimony of blood. And giving the researcher a jurisprudential faculty, through the coexistence of the mujtahid Imam, Abu Zakaria Muhyiddin bin Sharaf al-Nawawi (may God Almighty have mercy on him), highlighting the depth of Islamic jurisprudence, its abundance and accuracy, by combining similar images, then differentiating between them. To show the breadth of Islamic jurisprudence, in its comprehension of all issues of their diversity, differences, and accuracy in explaining their ruling. The study followed the special approach, and one of the most prominent results of the research is Imam al-Nawawi - may God have mercy on him - in the science of differences, and this is evident from his interest in the science of jurisprudence and the large number of his writings in it. The importance of the science of jurisprudential differences, in the field of legal studies, the jurist cannot do without it. Through the differences in jurisprudence, it is possible to highlight the merits of Sharia law, its secrets, its ruling, its aims and its points, and review the minutes of fiqh.
