  ملخص :
      تقنية النانو تعد تقنيةً جديدةً, ولها تطبيقاتٌ متعددةٌ, وعدم التعرض لها بالبحث من الناحية الفقهية يعد مشکلةً , لاسيما وأن لبعض تطبيقاتها أحکامًا منفردة متميزةً عن أحکام غيرها من التقنيات السابقة,  مما يدعو إلى دراسة هذا الموضوع , وإلى النظر في أحکامه التي لم يرد فيها نص خاص من الشارع ، وتکييفها التکييف الفقهي المناسب .
     أن تقنية النانو من مستجدات هذا العصر , ولها تطبيقات في مناحي الحياة المختلفة کالطب والطاقة وغيرها , وتعتبر المسائل المتعلقة بها من النوازل الفقهية التي تحتاج إلى بحث في أحکامها .
إمکانية الاستفادة من هذا البحث تطبيقيًا من قبل الأطباء عند وجود حالات مرضية يراد علاجها باستخدام ما تدخل فيه هذه التقنية .
أن هذا البحث يتجلى من خلاله ارتباط الفقه الإسلامي بکل مجالات الحياة .
أن هذه التقنية لها تطبيقات تختلف في مجموعة من أحکامها الفقهية عن غيرها من التقنيات السابقة .

Jurisprudence rulings related to nanotechnology in the medical field

Abstract:
Nanotechnology is a new technology, and it has multiple applications, and not being exposed to it by research from a jurisprudential point of view is a problem, especially since some of its applications have separate provisions distinct from the provisions of other previous techniques, which calls for studying this topic, and to consider its provisions that are not contained in a text Special from the street, and adapted to the appropriate jurisprudential conditioning.
Nanotechnology is one of the developments of this age, and it has applications in different walks of life, such as medicine, energy and others. Issues related to it are considered among the juridical issues that need to be discussed in their rulings.
The possibility of using this research in application by doctors when there are medical conditions that are to be treated using what this technology includes.
This research reflects the link between Islamic jurisprudence and all areas of life.
 That this technology has applications that differ in a set of its jurisprudential rulings from other previous techniques.
