حکمُ کسبِ الحجَّام
من المسائل الخلافيَّة بين العُلماءِ حُکم کسب الحجَّام، وفيه أربعة أقوال:
القول الأوَّل: الکراهة، وهو قول جمهور العلماء.
القول الثَّاني: الجواز، وهو قول ابن عبَّاس.
القول الثَّالث: التَّحريم، وهو قولٌ لبعضِ الظَّاهرية والمحدِّثين.
القول الرَّابع: يَحرُمُ على الحُّرِّ دون العَبدِ، وهو قولُ أحمدَ في روايةٍ عنه، وابنِ خُزيمة، وجماعةٍ من أهلِ الحديث.
والرَّاجحُ فيه ما ذهب إليه جمهورُ العلماءِ من القول بالکراهة؛ لاعتباره من الحرف الدَّنيئة. الکلمات المفتاحية : دراسة ، حديثية ، فقهية ، الحجامة ، النبوية .

The ruling of the cupper fees
The cupper fees is one of the controversial issues between scholars, they have four different positions on it as follows:
First position: Makrooh (Disliked), which is the position of the majority of scholars
Second position: Permissibility, which is the position of Ibn Abbas.
Third position: Prohibition, which is the position of some Dhahiriyyah and Muhadditheen (scholars of Hadith)
Fourth position: Prohibited for the free man, not the enslaved man, which is the position of Ahmed, Ibn Khuzaimah and a group of Hadith scholars
