ملخص :
فإن مما شاع وذاع في کثير من البلاد، وانتشر بين العباد، إطلاق العنان للسان، بلا خطام ولا زمام، فيقع في الموبقات، ويورد صاحبه المهلکات، على اختلاف أنواعها، وتعدد صورها، هذا ومن أجلاها وأوضحها، وأعظمها وأشدها، وقوعه في أعراض الناس حال غيابهم، فيهتک عرض المعصوم ويثلمه، ويتحدث من وراء الشخص بما يکرهه، فيورث العداوة والبغضاء، ويولد الفُرقة والشحناء، فيخالف الشريعة في مقاصدها، لذا فإن الشريعة الکاملة الغراء، حرمت الغيبة بأدلة واضحة جلية، وتحريمها من قطعيات الشريعة، وعليه وقع إجماع الأئمة؛ لما تحويه من المفاسد، ولنشرها ما ستر من المعايب، وهذا البحث يتطرق إلى حقيقة الغيبة، وبيان ما يدخل فيها وما لا يدخل، وضوابطها وقيودها، مقرونا بالأدلة النقلية والعقلية، مع بيان حکمها وهل هي من الکبائر أو من الصغائر، وحکم غيبة الکافر، وغيبة غير المکلف من مجنون وصغير، والأسباب التي تقتضي غلظ الغيبة وشدة تحريمها، مع بيان حکم استماع الغيبة، وختم البحث ببيان جملة من الصور المعاصرة للغيبة وسماعها، کالغيبة في وسائل التواصل المعاصرة، والشبکات العنکبوتية (الانترنت) وغيرها.

Backbiting, its truth, judgment and contemporary images

ABSTRACT:
For what is common and widespread in many countries, and spread among the servants, is the unleashing of the tongue, without a limit or control, and it falls into misfortunes, and its owner mentions perils, of various types, and multiple forms. The most important, clearest, greatest and most severe, is mentioning people in their absence where the honor of the infallible is violated and abused, and he speaks from behind a person with what he hates, so he creates enmity and hatred, generates division and animosity, and violates the Sharia in its purposes. Hence, the great and complete Sharia prohibited  backbiting with clear evidence, and restricted it completely from the its contents, coupled with the agreement of the imaams and an explanation of its ruling and whether it is a major or minor sin, and the rule of absence of the infidel, and the backbiting done by the non-commissioned as the insane and the young, and the reasons that necessitate the severity of backbiting and the importance of its prohibition, with an explanation of the ruling on listening to backbiting. The research concluded with a statement of a number of contemporary images of backbiting and listening to it, such as backbiting in contemporary means of communication such as the Internet and others.
