ملخص البحث:
يدور الکلام في هذا البحث حول قضية من القضايا المهمة المطروحة على الساحة الآن بکل قوة، وهي قضية التنمية المستدامة ومکوناتها ومرجعية التنمية المستدامة ومکوناتها إلى مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية.
والحق أن الشريعة الإسلامية قد ورد في أحکامها ومقاصدها کل ما يحقق التنمية بکل صورها خاصة ما يطلق عليه التنمية المستدامة؛ ذلک أن هذه الشريعة هي خاتمة الشرائع التي رضيها الله لخلقه، وقد حوت في أحکامها ومقاصدها سعادة البشر في الدنيا والآخرة.
وسوف ينتظم هذا البحث في مقدمة وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة: الأول: مکونات التنمية المستدامة في الشريعة الإسلامية. الثاني: عمارة الأرض واستخلاف الإنسان. الثالث: الاستقرار السياسي وأثره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. الرابع: البناء الحسي والمعنوي للإنسان وأثره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. الخامس: مقصد التنمية الاجتماعية وعلاقته بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. السادس: التنمية الاقتصادية ورعاية حق الأجيال القادمة وعلاقته بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. السابع: مقصد المحافظة على البيئة وعلاقته بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج.
وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، حيث قام باستقراء مکونات التنمية المستدامة باعتبارها مصطلحاً حديثاً وتحليل کونه بمکوناته من مقاصد الشارع الحکيم.
وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: الأول: أن الإنسان هو وقود التنمية المستدامة وأن المحافظة عليه مقصد شرعي ضروري. الثاني: التنمية الاجتماعية بمقوماتها وقيمها الاجتماعية تعتبر مقصداً شرعياً ضرورياً للنهوض بالمجتمع.
الثالث: العدالة الاجتماعية والتکافل الاجتماعي من أعظم مقاصد الشرع وأساس التنمية والتقدم الحضاري.               
وصل الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

Abstract :
Research title: Sustainable development is a legitimate aim.
The talk in this research revolves around one of the important issues on the scene now with full force, which is the issue of sustainable development and its components and the reference of sustainable development and its components to the rules of the purposes of Islamic law.
The truth is that Islamic law has stated in its provisions and objectives everything that achieves development in all its forms, especially what is called sustainable development. This is because this law is the conclusion of the laws that God pleased with his creation, and they contain in their provisions and purposes the happiness of people in this world and the hereafte.
This research will be organized into an introduction, five discussions and a conclusion: The first: the components of sustainable development in Islamic law. The second: the architecture of the land and the succession of man. The third: political stability and its impact on achieving sustainable development. Fourth: The sensory and moral structure of the human being and its impact on achieving sustainable development. Fifth: The purpose of social development and its relationship to achieving sustainable development. Sixth: Economic development and caring for the right of future generations and its relationship to achieving sustainable development. Seventh: The aim of preserving the environment and its relationship to achieving sustainable
 
development. And a conclusion with the most important results.
The researcher will follow the inductive analytical approach, as he extrapolated the components of sustainable development as a modern term and analyzed its components being one of the purposes of the wise street.
And he reached several results, the most important of which are: The first: that mankind is the fuel for sustainable development, and preserving the legitimacy is necessary. Second: Social development, with its foundations and social values, is a necessary legitimate aim for the advancement of society.
Third: Social justice and social solidarity are among the greatest purposes of Sharia and the basis for development and civilized progress. May Allah's blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions
