ملخص:
إن الضرر الذي سببته جائحة کورونا (کوفيد- 19) لم يتوقف فقد على القطاع الصحي، إلا أنه شمل ما يقارب جميع مجالات الحياة حيث توقفت المدارس والجامعات والأسواق، وکذلک توقفت المنشأت والمؤسسات عن العمل والذي إنعکس سلباً على المستوى الاقتصادي للعمال وأصحاب المنشات. وقد أوضحت هذه الدراسة مدى تأثير جائحة کورونا على حقوق العمال الفردية وبيان التنظيم القانوني لعقود العمل الفردية في ظل انتشار الجائحة في المبحث الأول، وبيان ثأثير قانون الدفاع على الحقوق الفردية للعمال  والمنشأت في المبحث الثاني، وتوصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات تضمنتها خاتمة الدراسة.

                   Abstract:
The damage caused by the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) did not affect only the health sector، but it included almost all areas of life، where schools، universities and markets stopped working، as well as facilities and institutions، which negatively reflected on the economic level of workers and owners of facilities. This study showed the extent of the impact of the Corona pandemic on the individual rights of workers and clarified the legal regulations of individual work contracts in light of the spread of the pandemic in the first section، and the impact of the Defense Law on the individual rights of workers and facilities in the second section. The researcher found a number of results and recommendations included in the conclusion of the study.
