ملخص البحث:
تناول الباحث في هذا البحث الموسوم بـالتشريعات الناظمة للأوقاف في فلسطين، مشروعية الوقف في الإسلام، وبيان القوانين المنظمة للأوقاف في فلسطين، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ببيان تاريخ الوقف الإسلامي في فلسطين، والقوانين التي تنظم إدارة الوقف والإشراف عليه في فلسطين.
وانتظم عقد البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، حيث تناول التمهيد تعريف الوقف في اللغة والاصطلاح، أما المبحث الأول فتضمن مشروعية الوقف في الإسلام، والحکمة من مشروعيته، وبيان أنواع الوقف، وتناول المبحث الثاني تاريخ الوقف الإسلامي في فلسطين، والقوانين المنظمة لإدارة  الوقف، وبيان المشکلات التي تواجه الأوقاف، واقتراحات لتفعيل دور الأوقاف وإداراتها، والخاتمة وجاء فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Legislations Regulating Endowments in Palestine

Abstract:
In this research, the researcher deals with the legislation governing endowments in Palestine, The legality of endowment in Islam, and a statement of the laws regulating endowments in Palestine, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach by stating the history of the Islamic endowment in Palestine, and the laws that regulate the administration and supervision of the endowment in Palestine.
The research contract was organized in an introduction, an introduction, two articles and a conclusion, where the preface dealt with the definition of the endowment in language and convention, while the first topic included the legality of the endowment in Islam, the wisdom of its legality, and an explanation of the types of endowment, and the second topic dealt with the history of the Islamic endowment in Palestine, the laws organizing the endowment administration, and a statement Problems facing endowments, and proposals to activate the role of endowments and their management, and the conclusion and the most important findings and recommendations.
