الملخص :
هذا التحقيق لجزء من کتاب: «تعريفات الفحول في تعريفات الأصول»، للإمام العالـم: حامد بن يوسف بن حامد، ضياء الدين البندرموي ، الأسکداري، الحنفيّ، المتوفى سنة (1172هـ)، من بداية باب الدال المهملة إلى نهاية باب الظاء المعجمة ، وقد صحت نسبته إليه، وهو على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة، ويُقصد بتعريفات الفحول: تعريفات العلماء من المذهب الحنفي للمصطلحات الأصولية ؛ وأشتمل الکتاب على تعريفات جمعها المصنِّف من کتب أصول الفقه، اعتمد فيها على کتاب المنَار لحافظ الدين النسفي ، وعددًا من شروحه ، وکتاب لضياء الدين حامد البندرموي ، الأسکداري، الحنفيّ، المتوفى سنة (1172هـ)، من بداية باب الدال المهملة إلى نهاية باب الظاء المعجمة ، ب التعريفات للإمام الجرجاني؛ إذ أخذ منه مئة وثلاث وستين حدًا والبواقي مما ذکر من کتب الأصول، فکانت جملة التعاريف ثلاثمائة وسبعة وثلاثون تعريفًا، ويهدف التحقيق إلى الإسهام في إخراج الکتاب والعناية به؛ إذ لم يسبق خدمته وتحقيقه، ولما کانت النسخة يتيمة، فقد قام منهج التحقيق على العناية بنقل نص المصنِّف وإثباته، وما کان من ألفاظ النص غير مقروء فقد أضفت له ما يتوافق مع معناه، ويناسب استقامة جملته، مستفيدةً ذلک من استقراء المصادر التي أشار إليها أو ما وقفت عليه في ذلک من مصادر أصول الحنفيّة، مع تمييز اللفظ المضاف في المتن، والإشارة له في الحاشية، وبلا شک اشتمل المخطوط على فوائد أبرزها ما ذکره المصنِّف: من أن ترتيب التعريفات يُسهل على الطلاب الحفظ والرجوع إليها بکل يسر وسهولة.
وعليه: أوصي بالاستفادة من هذا الکتاب، وطباعته بعد تمام تحقيقه.

Abstract:
This part of the book: “Definitions of Stallions in the Definitions of the Origins,” by the scholarly imam: Hamid bin Youssef bin Hamid, Dia Al-Din Al-Askadari Al-Bandarmawi, Al-Hanafi, who died in the year (1172 AH) , from the beginning of the neglected chapter of Dal to the end of the chapter on the dictionary, and its proportion is correct. , which is on the madhhab of Imam Abu Hanifa, he refers to the definitions of stallions: the definitions of scholars of the Hanafi school of original terms.The book included definitions compiled by the compiler from the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in which he relied on the book al-Manar by Hafez al-Din al-Nasafi, and a number of his explanations, and the definitions of Imam al-Jurjani; One hundred and sixty-three hadiths were taken from it and the remainder of what was mentioned from the books of assets, so the total definitions were three hundred and thirty-seven, and after collection and composition he named it by this name; The investigation aims to contribute to the production and care of the book; As it was not previously served and investigated, and since the copy was an orphan, the investigation approach was based on taking care of transferring and proving the text of the workbook, and whatever words of the text were illegible, I added to it what corresponded to its meaning, and suited the integrity of its sentence, benefiting from the extrapolation of the sources he referred to or what I found it in the sources of the Hanafi origins, with the distinction of the word added in the text, and the reference to it in the footnote.
Undoubtedly, the manuscript included benefits, the most prominent of which is what the author mentioned: that the arrangement of definitions makes it easier for students to memorize and refer to them with ease and ease.
Accordingly: I recommend making use of this book and printing it after completing it.
