ملخص :
يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الفقهية من کتاب الطهارة الواردة في کتب العقائد (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)، وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يکون في من مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته.
وجاء المبحث الأول في مسألة غسل القدمين، والمبحث الثاني في مسألة المسح على الخفين، والمبحث الثالث في خروج المذي من نواقض الوضوء، وفي کل مبحث من هذه المباحث تناولت المسألة في کتب العقائد، ووجه ذکرها في کتب العقائد، وحکمها.
ثم الخاتمة، قد ذکرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
أولًا: النتائج:
من خلال هذا البحث توصلت إلى عدة نتائج:
1)      حرص أئمة السلف على ترک کل ما يوافق المبتدعة والتحذير منه، وهذا ما جعلهم يذکرون تلک المسائل الفقهية في العقائد؛ کون أهل البدع عرفوا بها.
2)      الرافضة والخوارج من أعظم الفرق انحرافاً في الأصول والفروع.
3)      موافقة بعض أئمة وعلماء أهل السنة والجماعة لقول من أقوال أهل البدع في الفروع الفقهية لا يعني أنهم منهم، أو سائرون على منهجهم، إنما هو اجتهاد منهم في فهم النصوص، وهذا لا يسقط من مکانتهم ولا قيمتهم.
ثانيًا: التوصيات:
وأختم هذا البحث بذکر أبرز التوصيات التي أود تسجيلها، وهي: التوجه نحو إکمال مشروع جمع المسائل الفقهية الواردة في کتب العقائد في کل الأبواب الفقهية، فهي کثيرة ومبثوثة في مصنفات العقيدة.

Abstract :
This research deals with jurisprudential issues from the book of purity contained in the books of beliefs (a comparative jurisprudence study), and the nature of this research required that it be in an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. , and his plan.
The first topic came on the issue of washing the feet, the second topic on the issue of wiping over the socks, and the third topic on the emission of madhiy from the invalidators of ablution.
Then the conclusion, in which the most important results and recommendations were mentioned.
First, the results:
Through this research, several results were obtained:
1) The imams of the predecessors were keen to leave everything that agrees with the innovator and warn against it, and this is what made them mention these doctrinal issues in the beliefs; The fact that the people of heresy knew it.
2) The Rafidah and Kharijites are among the greatest sects in deviation in the fundamentals and the branches.
3) The approval of some of the imams and scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah for one of the sayings of the people of innovation in the branches of jurisprudence does not mean that they are among them, or they are following their approach, but it is their diligence in understanding the texts, and this does not fall from their position or value.
Second: Recommendations:
I concluded this research by mentioning the most prominent recommendations that I would like to record, which are: The tendency to complete the project of collecting jurisprudential issues contained in the books of beliefs in all jurisprudence chapters, as they are many and spread in the works of faith.
