ملخص البحث :
يتناول هذا البحث المقاصد الضرورية والتي تعتبر أصول المصالح وأسسها ولهذا کانت باقي التقسيمات خادمة ومتممة لها ، وقد تعرض هذا البحث لتعريفها وبيان حقيقتها وأنها تجري في مصالح الأمم والمجتمعات کما هي في مصالح الأفراد ، ثم بين الطريقة الفريدة والمحکمة للشريعة في حفظها ، کما تعرض لبيان خلاف العلماء في الترتيب بين أفرادها ، وفي حصرها في الکليات الخمس ، کما أجاب على من ذهب إلى وجوب زيادة بعض القيم عليها ، وأنه لامانع من توسيع مصطلح الضروريات على المستوى النوعي والمصطلحي ليستوعب تلک القيم  داخل إطار الکليات الخمس ، ثم تناول البحث ضوابط المقاصد وأهمية وجودها حفظا للضروريات عن الإفراط والتفريط ، کما تناول الفرق بين ضوابط الضروريات وضوابط المقاصد ، وبين ضوابط الضروريات عند المتقدمين من علماء المقاصد وضوابطها عند المعاصرين وبين أن ضوابط المتقدمين أکثر دقة وإحکاما ، وأسلم عن المعارضة .
وقد خلص هذا البحث إلى أهمية المقاصد الضرورية لاستقرار حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات ، وأن الاختلالات الواقعة في الحياة إنما تکون بقدر الاختلال الواقع في أفراد تلک الضروريات ، کما نبه على أهمية اعتبار الضوابط  لحفظ المقاصد ، کما انتهى هذا البحث إلى عدم وجود ضرورة للزيادة على الکليات الخمس وإضافة قيم أخرى إليها .

Abstraca :
 This research deals with the necessary purposes, which are the origins and foundations of interests, and for this reason the rest of the divisions serve and complement them.  Scholars in order among its members, and in limiting them to the five colleges, as he answered those who argued that some values ​​should be added to them, and that there is no objection to expanding the term necessities at the qualitative and terminological level to accommodate those values ​​within the framework of the five colleges.  For the necessities from excess and negligence, he also discussed the difference between the controls for necessities and the controls for the purposes, and between the controls for the necessities among the advanced scholars of the purposes and their controls for the contemporary, and between the controls for the forerunners are more accurate and precise, and safer than the opposition.
 This research has concluded the importance of the objectives necessary for the stability of the lives of individuals and societies, and that the imbalances in life are only as much as the imbalance in the individuals of those necessities, and he also cautioned on the importance of considering controls to preserve the purposes, and this research concluded that there is no need to add to the five colleges and add other values ​​to it.
