ملخص :
يتناول هذا البحث أثر القياس على النوازل المعاصرة، وقد جاء هذا المبحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهرس بأهم المصادر والمراجع.
في المبحث الأول: بينت تعريف القياس، وحجيته، وأرکانه، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: تعريف القياس لغة واصطلاحاً، والمطلب الثاني: حجية القياس، المطلب الثالث: أرکان القياس وشروطه.
وجاء المبحث الثاني في: أثر القياس في النوازل المعاصرة، وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: تعريف النازلة لغة واصطلاحاً وأحکامها، والمطلب الثاني: تطبيقات فقهية معاصرة على أثر القياس.
وفي الخاتمة ذکرت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، ومنها: أن القياس حجة شرعية يعمل به، ويبنى عليه في بيان الأحکام الشرعية کما هو مذهب جمهور الأصوليين، وأن للقياس أثره في بيان الوقائع والحوادث المستجدة، وجواز نقل الدم للمريض إنقاذًا لحياته قياسًا على التداوي بالمحرمات للضرورة، وجواز استخدام موانع للحمل قياسًا على العزل بشرط موافقة الزوجة، وجواز استخدام قطرة العين؛ لأنها ليست أکلاً ولا شرباً، قياسًا على ما تبقى من المضمضة.

Abstract:
This research deals with the impact of measurement on contemporary calamities, and this topic came in an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and an index of the most important sources and references.
In the first topic: I showed the definition of analogy, its validity, and its pillars, and it contains three demands: the first requirement: the definition of analogy linguistically and idiomatically, and the second requirement: the authority of analogy, and the third requirement: the pillars and conditions of analogy.
The second topic came in: The impact of analogy on contemporary calamities, and it has two demands: the first requirement: the definition of the calamity linguistically and idiomatically and its provisions, and the second requirement: contemporary jurisprudential applications on the impact of analogy.
In the conclusion, I mentioned the most important results that I reached, including: that analogy is a legitimate argument that works with it, and is based on it in explaining the legal rulings as is the doctrine of the majority of the fundamentalists, and that the analogy has its effect in explaining the facts and emerging accidents, and the permissibility of blood transfusion for the patient in order to save his life by analogy with the treatment of taboos of necessity. The permissibility of using contraceptives by analogy with segregation, provided that the wife consents, and the permissibility of using eye drops; Because it is neither eating nor drinking, compared to what is left of rinsing the mouth.
