عنوان البحث: أسباب نزول القرآن الکريم المتعلقة بالنساء في کتاب أسباب نزول القرآن، لأبي الحسن علي بن أحمد الواحدي (ت:468هـ).
 
أهداف البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى حصر المرويات المتعلقة بما نزل من القرآن الکريم لسبب يتعلق بالنساء، في کتاب أسباب نزول القرآن الکريم للواحدي، ثم دراستها وتفسيرها تفسيراً إجمالياً وفق سبب النزول الوارد، بغرض التأکيد على عظيم عناية الشارع الکريم بحال النساء، والذب عن الشريعة الإسلامية التي وصفت بالتضييق على النساء وظلمهن.
 
أهم النتائج:خلُص هذا البحث إلى أن الآيات النازلة في شأن النساء قد تضمنت ذکر جملة من الحقوق الخاصة بهن، لا سيما في النواحي المالية کحق المرأة في الميراث والمهر، والأسرية کالزواج والطلاق، وحثت على الإحسان إليهن ومعاشرتهن بالمعروف، والبعد عن إهانتهن أو التضييق عليهن لتحصيل أي مقصد سيء، فحدد الله لمعاملاتهن حدوداً، وشرع لهن أحکاماً، ليتأکد حفظ الشريعة للمرأة، وعنايتها بحقوقها.

Abstract:
Research Title: The Reasons for the Revelation of the Noble Qur’an Related to Women in the “Book of the Reasons for the Revelation of the Qur’an”, by Abu Al-Hasan Ali bin Ahmed Al-Wahidi.
Research Objectives: This research aims to limit the narratives related to what was revealed from the Noble Qur’an for reasons related to women, in the book “The Reasons for the Revelation of the Noble Qur’an” by Al-Wahidi. Then, study and interpret it in a general manner according to the reason for the revelation contained, with the aim of emphasizing the great care of Allah regarding the situation of women, and defending the Sharia Islam, which has been assumed as restricting and oppressing to women.
Results: This research concluded that the verses regarding women included mentioning a number of their rights, especially in the financial aspects such as the right of women to inheritance and dowry, and the social aspect such as marriage and divorce. In order to not achieve any bad intent, God set limits for their dealings, and legislated provisions for them, in order to ensure the preservation of Sharia for women, and their concern for their rights.
