قواعد الترجيح في استدراکات السلف في التفسير من سورة يونس الى سورة الأنبياء

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، سيدنا محمد عليه أفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم، أما بعد:
حينما يتعرض الباحث لإستدراکات السلف في التفسير ويستعرض أقوالهم وآراءهم وترجيحاتهم يظهر له من خلال استعراضه  قواعد أو أصول بنوا ترجيحاتهم عليها ورأوا برأيهم من خلالها وهذه الأصول والقواعد التي اعتمدوها في ترجيحاتهم ربما تکون ظاهرة وصريحة وربما أشاروا إليها إشارة وربما لم ينطقوا بها ولکنهم أعملوها في ترجيحاتهم، ومن خلال هذه الإستدراکات التي بُحثت من أول سورة يونس إلى آخر سورة الأنبياء استخرجت شيئا يسيرا من القواعد والأصول التي توصلت بها إلى الحکم على الاستدراکات وذلک على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، وقد نهجت في هذا الفصل بيان القاعدة الترجيحية الأقرب والأوضح لکل استدراک مکتفيا بمثال واحد لکل استدراک وذلک لتجنب الاطالة ولبلوغ المراد بهذا المثال الواحد بإذن الله ومن ثم أشرح صورة القاعدة بشکل مختصر وأخيراً أعلق تعليقا يُظهر العلاقة بين القاعدة والاستدراک بإيجاز، واسأل الله جل في علاه أن يهلمني الرشد والسداد

The rules of weighting in the interpretations of the predecessors in the interpretation from Surat Yunus to Surat Al-Anbiya

Abstract:
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, upon him be the best of prayers and the most perfect of peace. As for what follows:
When the researcher is exposed to the preconceived notions of the predecessors in the interpretation and reviews their sayings, opinions and preferences, it appears to him through his review of rules or principles that they built their preferences on and saw through their opinion through them. Through these deductions, which were discussed from the beginning of Surat Yunus to the end of Surat Al-Anbiya, I extracted a small part of the rules and principles by which I reached the judgment on the deductions, by way of example, but not limited to. In order to avoid prolongation and to achieve what is meant by this one example, God willing, then I explain the picture of the rule in a short way, and finally I make a comment that shows the relationship between the rule and correction in a nutshell, and I ask God Almighty to guide me to guidance and repayment
