ملخص :
لا شک أن اختلاف الفقهاء في الطريق الموصل إلى الحقيقة، لا في الحقيقة نفسها، وقد يکون لهذا الخلاف توسعة على السائلين ورفقة بهم ورحمة .
ولما کان للفظ العربي أقسامٌ متعددة من حيث دلالته على المعنى، ومن جملة هذه الأقسام المشترک اللفظي، فاستعنت بالله في کتابة هذا البحث وقد اشتمل على ماهية الاشتراک اللفظي في حرف "الواو" وأثره على الأحکام الفقهية في العبادات ، وأوضحت أن المشترک هو اللفظ الموضوع لکل واحد من معنيين فأکثر ويکون في الأسماء ، والأفعال، والحروف ، ثم بينت ماهية الاشتراک اللفظي، وأنواعه، ودلالة الواو العاطفة.
 وکذلک أثرها على الموالاة في الوضوء، کإِتْبَاع المتوضئ الفعل الفعل إلى آخره من غير تراخ بين أبعاضه ولا فصل بفعل ليس منه، وأثرها على ترتيب الوضوء على نسق الآية الکريمة، وأنه قد يعطف بها الأشياء المرتبة بعضها على بعض، وقد يعطف بها غير المرتبة ، فمن رأى أن الواو في آية الوضوء تقتضي الترتيب قال: بإيجاب الترتيب ، ومن رأى أنها لا تقتضي الترتيب لم  يقلب إيجابه.
کما بينت أثرها على قَدْرِ الْعَدَدِ الْمُبَاحِ في النِّکَاحِ، فمن هدي القرآن الکريم إباحته تعدد الزوجات، وأن الرجل إذا خاف عدم العدل بينهن لزمه الاقتصار على واحدة، ولا شک أن الطريقة التي هي أقوم الطرق وأعدلها، هي إباحة تعدد الزوجات؛ لعلة ما أو مصلحة شرعية معتبرة، ثم إن الله أجرى العادة بأن الرجال أقل عدداً من النساء في أقطار الدنيا، وأکثر تعرضاً لأسباب الموت منهن في جميع ميادين الحياة، کما بينتأثر الواو العاطفة على کيفية تأديب الزوج لزوجته حالة النشوز؛ حسب الهدي الرباني في إعطاء المولى سبحانه وتعالى الزوج الحق في هذا التأديب لما له من القوامة على المرأة.

Abstract:
There is no doubt that the differences of the jurists are on the path that leads to the truth, not in the truth itself, and this disagreement may be an expansion for the questioners, companionship and mercy with them.
And since the Arabic word has multiple divisions in terms of its significance to the meaning, and among these divisions is the verbal common, so I sought the help of God in writing this research and it included the nature of the verbal participation in the letter “waw” and its impact on the jurisprudential rulings in worship, and made it clear that the common word is the subject of each One of two meanings or more and it is in the nouns, verbs, and letters, then it showed the nature of the verbal participation, its types, and the significance of the waw and the emotion.
Likewise, its effect on the continuity of ablution, such as the ablution’s following the action verb to its end without relaxation between its parts and not separating by an action that is not part of it. He saw that the waw in the verse of ablution requires arrangement. He said: The arrangement is affirmative, and whoever sees that it does not require arrangement, he did not say it is affirmative.
It also showed its impact on the amount of the permissible number in marriage. One of the guidance of the Holy Qur’an is its permissibility of polygamy, and that if a man fears unfairness between them, he must limit himself to one, and there is no doubt that the method that is the most appropriate and fair way is the permissibility of polygamy; For some reason or a legitimate legitimate interest, then God made the custom that men are fewer in number than women in the countries of the world, and are more exposed to causes of death than them in all areas of life, as I showed the impact of the emotional waw on how the husband disciplines his wife in a state of disobedience; According to the divine guidance, the Lord Almighty gives the husband the right to this discipline because of his guardianship over the woman.
