أهمية العمل التطوعي في المجتمع المسلم

ملخص البحث :
يعتبر العمل التطوعي من الأعمال التي حثت عليها الشريعة الإسلامية, ولابد أن يکون موجوداً في المجتمع المسلم کضرورة شرعية, ولأهداف دنيوية أخرى, وهذا البحث يحاول أن يبين مدى «أهمية العمل التطوعي في المجتمع المسلم» والتي تتضح من خلال الأهمية الدينية, والاقتصادية, والاجتماعية, والنفسية, والفکرية والسياسية, والإدارية, والعسکرية, والأمنية, والتربوية.
لذا کان العمل التطوعي متغلغلاً في شرايين المجتمع المسلم, ويغطي کافة مجالات حياة ذلک المجتمع في عصور الإسلام الزاهرة, ولعل عودة حميدة لهذا العمل التطوعي توقظنا من سبات رقدتنا لننهض مرة أخرى ونعيد للعمل التطوعي دوره وأهميته, ونتفوق على سائر المجتمعات الأخرى, وما ذلک على الله بعزيز.
نتائج البحث:
1-                أن العمل التطوعي في الإسلام له قيمة دينية, حيث حثت الشريعة الإسلامية عليه, وبينت مدى الأجر المترتب على هذا العمل التطوعي.
2-                أن العمل التطوعي في الإسلام ليس محصوراً في قالب واحد, ولا في جهة واحدة بل هو شامل لجميع مناحي الحياة, مما يجعل المجتمع المسلم مستفيداً من العمل التطوعي في جميع تلک المناحي الحياتية.
3-                أن للعمل التطوعي في المجتمع المسلم مجالات متعددة, منها الديني, والاقتصادي, والاجتماعي, والنفسي, والفکري, والسياسي, والعسکري, والأمني, والتربوي, وهذا يعطي دوراً أعظم لتأثير العمل التطوعي في واقع المجتمع المسلم.
التوصيات:
4-                وجوب إحياء قيمة العمل التطوعي في ضمير ووجدان الشباب المسلم, حتى يقبل على العمل التطوعي بحماس, واندفاع رغبة في الأجر من الله سبحانه وتعالى.
5-                 يجب أن تکون قضية التطوع قضية مطروحة في وسائلنا الإعلامية کمسلمين, وهذا يحتم على وسائل الإعلام والقائمين عليها وجوب الترکيز على نشر ثقافة التطوع, وبيان عمقها في الدين الإسلامي.
6-                على التعليم الجامعي في المجتمعات الإسلامية أن يفرض تدريس هذه المادة في برامجه التعليمية, وأن تکون مادة « العمل التطوعي» مادة إلزامية على کل طالب, ليتعلم ثقافة التطوع, ويتم تطبيق ما تعلمه على أرض الواقع, من خلال العمل الميداني, فيلزم بالعمل التطوعي فصلاً دراسياً کاملاً, وهذا حلم أتمنى تحقيقه من وزارة التعليم العالي عندنا, فکم سيستفيد المجتمع من هذا التطوع.

Abstract:
Voluntary work is considered one of the actions that are urged by the Islamic law . It must be present in the Muslim community as a legal necessity as well as other worldly goals.
This research attempted to show “the importance of voluntary work in the Muslim community,” which is evident through its psychological, intellectual, political, administrative, military, security, and educational importance.
Therefore, voluntary work is grounded in the Muslim community, and covers all areas of that society in the prosperous eras of Islam. Perhaps enhancing voluntary work may awaken us to rise again and restore its
role and importance so that we can excel over all other societies.
research results
1- Voluntary work in Islam has a religious value, as the Islamic Sharia urged it, and indicated the extent of the reward for this voluntary work.
2- Voluntary work in Islam is not confined to one mould, nor to one side, but rather it includes all aspects of life, which makes the Muslim community benefit from voluntary work in all those aspects of life.
3- Voluntary work in the Muslim community has many fields, including religious, economic, social, psychological, intellectual, political, military, security, and educational, and this gives a greater role to the impact of volunteer work in the reality of the Muslim community.
 
 
Recommendations
1- The necessity of reviving the value of voluntary work in the conscience and conscience of Muslim youth, so that they accept voluntary work with enthusiasm and a desire for reward from God Almighty.
2- The issue of volunteering should be an issue raised in our media outlets as Muslims, and this makes it imperative for the media and those in charge of it to focus on spreading the culture of volunteering, and explaining its depth in the Islamic religion.
3- University education in Islamic societies should impose teaching this subject in its educational programs, and that the subject “Volunteer Work” be a mandatory subject for every student, to learn the culture of volunteering, and what he learned is applied on the ground, through field work, so he is required to volunteer An entire semester, and this is a dream that I hope to achieve from our Ministry of Higher Education, how much the community will benefit from this volunteering.
