ملخص :
المخطوط عبارة عن رسالة لطيفة جمع فيها المؤلف زُبدة مايحتاج الناس إليه، وضم إليها خلاصة ماعول الأئمة عليهمن المسائل المتعلقة بالتقليد، وهي: المجتهد المطلق، وأقسام المفتي والمسائل المتعلقة به، والمستفتي والمسائل والأحکام التي تتناوله، وشروط انتقاله من مذهب إلى مذهب آخر،وذکر بعض الفوائد التي يجب التنبيه عليها لعلاقتها بالتقليد،ومنها الفترة على هذه الأمةفيما لم يبق عالم ولامن يعرف حکم الحوادث، وحکم الإنکار على فاعل المنکر المجمع على تحريمه والمختلف فيه، وحکم الخروج من الخلافوغيرها،وتنبع أهمية المخطوط من أهمية المسائل التي تتناولها، حيث أنها تتعلق بحاجة الناس، لذا ألف المصنف هذه الرسالة مع ماتميزت به من السهولة والوضوح، وماتميز به من الملکة العلمية والنظر العميق مع أصالة المصادر التي اعتمدها وتنوعها، ولأجل ذلک رأيت أن أحقق رسالة کفاية المستفيد في أحکام التقليد للعلامة خليفة الصفتيالفشني (المتوفى: 1293هـ) وهي نسخة خطية فريدة، وقد حاولت بذل الجهد لإخراج المتن سليماً من التحريف وعدم الوضوح، مع إحالة ما ورد من النصوص التي يذکرها المصنف إلى مصادرها الأصلية التي توافرت لي من مخطوطات ومطبوعات، مع العناية والحرص على إضافة مايفيد من التعليقات.

Abstract:
The manuscript is a nice treatise in which the author collected butter for what people need, and included in it a summary of what the imams depended on from issues related to tradition, namely: the Mujtahid al-Mutlaq, and the divisions of the mufti And the issues related to it, the fatwa, the issues and rulings that deal with it, the conditions for its transfer from one sect to another, and he mentioned some of the benefits that should be noted in connection with the tradition, including the period on this nation when there is no scholar or security left who knows the rule of accidents, and the rule of denial on the doer of evil, which is unanimously prohibited. and differentThe rule of exiting from disagreement and others, and the importance of the manuscript stems from the importance of the issues it deals with, as they relate to people’s needs, so the compiler composed this treatise with what was characterized by its ease and clarity, and what distinguished it from the scientific faculty and deep consideration with the originality and diversity of the sources that it relied on. And for this reason, I decided to verify the message of the benefit of the benefit in the provisions of imitation by the scholar Khalifa Al-Safti Al-Fashni (died: 1293 AH), which is a unique written copy, and I have tried to make the effort to get the text intact from distortion and lack of clarity, while referring the texts mentioned by the workbook to their original sources that Manuscripts and publications were available to me, with care and keenness to add useful comments.
