أحکام آنية الذهب والفضة

الملخص :
الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده وبعد:
فإن معدني الذهب والفضة من أنفس المعادن وأغلاها منذ نشأة البشرية، فقد کانا ولا يزالان يحتفظان بقيمتهما السوقية کثمن للمبيعات، کما أنهما أصل الزينة والحلي.
ونظراً لکثرة استعمالهما وتنوعه، حيث لم يقتصر على الأثمان والحلي، بل تعدد ودخل في کثير من الصناعات والصياغات، ومنها الأواني وما يلحق بها.
ولتساهل بعض الناس في استخدام تلک الأواني الخالصة من الذهب والفضة أو المطلية بهما، والمسارعة باستعمالها واقتناءها دون النظر في حکمها الذي ورد فيه نهي ووعيد.
أحببت المشارکة في بحث موضوع: (أحکام آنية الذهب والفضة)، لبيان حکم هذه الأواني وما يلحق بها استعمالاً أو اتخاذاً، وحکم التجارة بها، وکيفية أداء زکاتها.

Abstract :
        Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet.
The metals of gold and silver are among the most precious and precious metals since the inception of mankind, as they have been and still retain their market value as a price for sales, and they are the origin of adornment and ornaments.
And due to the large number and diversity of their use, as it was not limited to prices and jewellery, but was multiplied and entered into many industries and formulations, including utensils and what was attached to them.
And some people take it lightly in the use of those utensils that are pure of gold and silver or coated with them, and hasten to use and acquire them without considering the ruling in which there is a prohibition and a threat.
I wanted to participate in a research topic: (Provisions of gold and silver utensils), to clarify the
ruling on these utensils and what is attached to them using or taking, the ruling on trading in them, and how to pay their zakat.
