ملخص البحث :
هدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على دور القانون الدولي الإنساني في حظر وتقييد الأسلحة ذاتية التشغيل، من خلال بيان ماهية هذه الأسلحة، وخصائصها ومزاياها وعيوبها، والتحديات التي أثارتها، ومدى اتساقها مع قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، ودور هذا الأخير في حظرها وتقييدها، وذلک باتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وقد خلص البحث الى عدد من النتائج، أهمها أن للقانون الدولي الإنساني دور بالغ الأهمية في حظر وتقييد الأسلحة ذاتية التشغيل، وذلک نظراً لکل الاعتبارات القانونية والأخلاقية التي تقضي بأن هذه الأسلحة تمثل خطراً داهماً يهدد الأمن والسلم الإنساني، ويفاقم من المخاطر والتهديدات التي تحيط بالمدنيين والأعيان المحمية عند استخدامها في النزاعات المسلحة المعاصرة، فضلاً عن أن انتشارها يمکن أن يسهم في وصولها الى أيدي المنظمات الإرهابية، مما يضاعف مخاطرها.

Abstract:
This research aims to identify the role of international humanitarian law in prohibiting and restricting autonomous weapons, by explaining what these weapons are, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, the challenges they raised, their consistency with the rules of international humanitarian law, and the role of the latter in prohibiting and restricting them, by following the approach. Descriptive analysis, and the research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that international humanitarian law has a very important role in prohibiting and restricting autonomous weapons, due to all legal and ethical considerations requiring that these weapons represent an imminent danger threatening human security and peace, and exacerbate the risks and threats that It surrounds civilians and protected objects when they are used in contemporary armed conflicts, in addition to the fact that their proliferation can contribute to their arrival in the hands of terrorist organizations, which increases their risks.
