ملخص البحث:
تعتبر مسألة حد السفر والإقامة من أهم المسائل الفقهية؛ وذلک لتعلقها برکن من أرکان الإسلام: وهو الصلاة.
وقد وقع فيها خلاف کبير بين الفقهاء، حتى أصبحت من أشهر مسائل الصلاة.
من أجل ذلک أراد الباحث جمع کلام الفقهاء فيها، وتحريره بقدر الاستطاعة، مستمداً العون من الله تعالى ثم کلام الفقهاء المعتمد على کتاب الله وسنة رسوله -r-، وکلام أصحابه –رضي الله عنهم-.
وقد تناول في التمهيد عن تعريف السفر، والقصر، والإقامة، ومشروعة السفر، وشروطه، وفي المبحث الثاني ذکر الباحث کلام الفقهاءحد مسافة السفر،وبين الباحث في المبحث الثاني  خلاف الفقهاء في هل هناک مسافة مقدرة لو قطعها المسافر فإنه يترخص برخص السفر أم لا، وأن القول الراجح هو القول بأن هناک مسافة محددةإذا قطعها المسافر فإنه يترخص برخص السفر،وقد ذهب بعض أهل العلم بأن مرجع ذلک للعرف، وفي المبحث الثالث ذکر الباحث کلام الفقهاء في مدة الإقامة، وهل هي محدودة بمدة معينة أم لا، وبين أن الراجح أن من نوى إقامة أربعة أيام تامة فحکمه حکم المقيم، وهو الراجح من أقوال الفقهاء، وهو الذي يدل عليه الدليل من الکتاب والسنة وأقوال السلف.
وختم الباحث بحثه بخاتمة بين فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها في بحثه.

Abstract :
‏In this article will focus on the issue of travel and residence limits is one of the most important jurisprudence issues. This is because it is relevant to one of the pillars of Islam: prayer.
‏A great disagreement occurred in it among the jurists, until it became one of the most famous issues of prayer.
‏For this reason, the researcher wanted to investigate and examine as possible, drawing help from God Almighty, then the words of the jurists based on the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger - ﷺ - and the words of his companions - may God be pleased with them.
‏In the preamble, he dealt with the definition of travel, shortening (qasr) during travel , residence, the legality of travel, and its conditions. In the second topic, the researcher mentioned the words of the jurists, the limit of the travel distance. And that the most correct saying is to say that there is a specified distance if the traveler travels, then he will be granted permission to travel, and some scholars have held that the reference to this is custom. Whoever intends to stay for four full days, his ruling is the ruling of the resident, and it is the most correct of the sayings of the jurists, and it is evidenced by the evidence from the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the sayings of the predecessors.
‏The researcher concluded his research with a conclusion in which he showed the most prominent results he reached in his research.
