في هذا البحث دراسة وتحقيق لعبادة الصوم من کتاب ينابيع العلوم للعلامة شمس الدين أحمد بن الخليل الخويي (ت 637ه), الذي حوى جملة من العلوم, منها علم فقه العبادات, وسار فيها على طريقة في غاية الإبداع والترتيب, فتناول عبادة الصوم من خلال عرضه لسبع مسائل، أتبعها بسبع لطائف أخرى أسماها بالمستملحات, وقد سلکت في هذا البحث المنهج المتبع في التحقيق العلمي, واعتمدت في تحقيق هذا البحث على خمس نسخ خطية, وجاء البحث في قسمين, قسم فيه دراسة عن المؤلف والکتاب والقسم الآخر تحقيق نص المؤلف.

Abstract:
In this research, there is a study and investigation of the worship of fasting from the book “YNabi` al-Ulum” by the scholar Shams al-Din Ahmad ibn al-Khalil al-Khoei (d. 637AH), which contained a number of sciences, including the science of the jurisprudence of worship, and he walked in it in a very creative and orderly way, so he dealt with the worship of fasting by exposing seven Issues, followed by seven other denominations he called Balmslthathat, and I followed in this research the method used in the scientific investigation, and relied in the investigation of this research on five written copies, and the research came in two parts, one part is a study of the author and the book, and the other part is the
verification of the author’s text.
